We encountered an unfortunate situation while traveling( nothing to do with the hotel) The hotel was very accommodating to our needs. I would like to personally thank Yenifer for going above and beyond with helping us.

During my 4 nights stay, I experienced several issues that significantly affected my comfort and overall experience: 1. The room had very poor soundproofing. There was constant noise from outside and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to rest. 2. There were frequent and unexpected knocks on my door at irregular times. Additionally, items were delivered without prior request or clear notice, which was both disruptive and concerning. 3. The dining experience was inconvenient, as guests were required to walk to the cashier to make payment instead of having a more standard and seamless billing arrangement. 4. The room lighting malfunctioned intermittently, with lights turning off suddenly without any apparent reason, causing inconvenience and discomfort. These issues are not in line with the standards I would expect from your hotel. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Very nice hotel the room was clean and renovated. The hotel is very closed to the metro. The only problem that we had was the heater it was very hot (personal feeling) The room was very well decorated and have space
