Ostello Bello Grande

There is no free luggage storage after checking out, which is unusual for a hotel. The dryer in my room is not working. The good thing is the smile of staffs and there are many amenities for guests. For example, the kitchen is big with free basic ingredients, you can cook a decent hot meal for yourself. The location is great to move around.

Such a wonderful hostel I have ever stayed. It’s decorated in young and happy style. I have not checked in and they helped me to use kitchen first. Very nice. The location is near the Train station. Easy to reach ❤️❤️

This hostel was epic! What a pleasant surprise. Great location right near central station. So many places to hangout, chill, plug in to work and social activities on every day!

I usually don't do reviews but this time I have to . I came from london to milan for 4 days trip. I stayed here and what a great experience it was. I mean this is the best you can get according to the price you pay for your stay. Speacially the staff on reception marvellous 🤝. I never expected this much of hospitality from a hostel at this price.  It has air conditioning for your rooms, full cleaniness, many places to enjoy inside and everyday something speacial like having free food, free water (usually in other hostels u need to buy) ( free coffe in the morning without any restrictions) Speacial mention is the person who designed hostel and quotes written on walls , bedroom, gates, washroom, water tap. Quotes has humour and at the same time motivation and instructions in a polite way. all in all one that's the best stay for me out 10 countries i have travelled so far. Location was wonderful, staff very helpful and the place was lively.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Milano Centrale Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. What impressed me most was the range of complimentary provided. The hotel offered free dinners, entertainment events, and even complimentary food items for guests. These thoughtful touches created a warm, community-oriented atmosphere and reflected an exceptional level of hospitality. The only disappointing aspect was not the hotel itself, but some of the guests. Unfortunately, a few people did not seem to appreciate the hotel's generosity. I often noticed dirty plates and glasses left behind and the shared kitchen left untidy. I would encourage future guests to help keep the common areas clean and show respect for the hotel's efforts to provide such outstanding service. As for the hotel, my suggestion would be to install privacy curtains on each bunk bed. This would provide guests with more privacy and help reduce disturbances from light and movement, especially when someone checks in or returns late at night or in the early hours of the morning while others are sleeping. The other one is to improve the elevator, as it could be more comfortable and reliable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

I was completely surprised with this place, cleanliness was great, I stayed in the female dorm, the bathroom was impeccable! the staff was super lovely, breakfast is great for the price, the hostel itself is beautiful and has so many places to go, garden, places to work, etc. It is actually nice to stay there and I like that they have activities like ktv, live music and many more to make a great environment. Location is super convenient right next to Milano Centrale! nothing negative to say, I enjoyed my 3 night stay!
