Great staff who are friendly and make you feel welcomed. Big kitchen, nice terrace and garden where you can meet new friends.

I still want to recommend this accommodation overall, the facilities and rooms are quite nice. However, I think the male manager in the breakfast area really needs some reflection and proper training. There are two breakfast options here: €8 and €4. I chose the €4 one, but nothing happened for a while. His female colleague, whose English wasn’t very fluent, only took the payment and gave me a coffee. Later, they handed me an empty paper bag for breakfast. When I started to use the bag, the male manager repeatedly told me that the breakfast only included “one coffee and one croissant” he said it at least three times. I also replied that I had received an empty bag and no croissant at all. Instead of explaining politely or resolving the issue, he just kept repeating himself and walked away without doing anything. Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff training is seriously lacking. Even if they’re not sure about something, basic politeness and communication should be expected, and unfortunately, this male manager clearly hasn’t received such training.

The location is great, it's close to the train station. The check-in counter is open 24 hours, so you can check in at any time. They also offer free luggage storage after check out. The room was clean. I would recommend this place!

The hotel's location is pretty good, being quite close to the central station. Instead of traditional key cards, both the elevator and your room are accessed via passwords. So, make sure to take a photo of the paper they provide with the codes for safekeeping! The room itself was quite spacious and even came with a small balcony. There's a bar on the ground floor that's always bustling, a great spot to enjoy music and conversation. Front desk service was also decent.

Clean rooms, perfect location, and lots of fun extras, but the real best thing was the service. Myka at the front desk did both my checkin and checkout, besides helping me with luggage storage. She was really bright and welcoming, and is amazing at handling the needs of all guests! Top tier hostel for sure!

Great value for mone, free drink token on check-in, fantastic karaoke night and free light buffet dinner provided! Decent ensuite for each dorm room. Cleanliness was good. Well situated with the Milan Central Station right round the corner and close access to regular shuttle buses to the airport as well as a lovely rooftop terrace. Metro easily accessed too and easy to use. Great for meeting new people.

Complimentary fruit is available daily. I also received a welcome drink upon check-in. Its proximity to the Central Station makes it perfect for transit. The only downside is the lack of bed curtains, which can make it a bit too bright in the mornings.

I stayed here in late October 2025. The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale Station. During my stay, my assigned bed was changed twice. The bed I used the previous night was cleaned, and my belongings were removed. One of my accessories went missing at that time. I informed the staff, but it was not found.

The hotel has super friendly environment and everything you need. Location is perfect, just 3 mins walk from Milano Centrale( Milano Central Station) The first floor is the bar and restaurant with fun and cozy vibes for people to hang out. They also have kitchen, roof top, washing/drying machine. Breakfast was excellent! Room condition made me felt like home. I will definitely stay again if i come back to Milan.

Room is clean, but the whole building is old. Location is a perfect pick…..just a block away Milan central station. There is a bar downstairs. People may gather, talk, and have a drink.
