Bvlgari Hotel Milano

The hotel is relatively small but exquisite. The staff are very enthusiastic, and overall it's quite good. The rooms are on a good floor with a nice view, and the welcome gifts are generous. Each of our three rooms had champagne and cookies, which really enhanced the experience and justified the 12,000 (currency not specified) room rate. Although breakfast was à la carte, the pancakes weren't very good and were quite dry. However, the toasted bread was very crispy and delicious with butter. The other items were neither good nor bad. Breakfast, in particular, has a lot of room for improvement.

These days, no hotel offers turndown service anymore, where they open the bed, close the curtains, and place slippers by the bed in the afternoon. Also, there used to be a different hot tea and snacks served every afternoon, and the fridge had a wide variety of drinks. The only downside was that the buffet breakfast was changed to an à la carte system without prior notice.

A wonderful experience that brought me peace. It's hard to imagine such a serene spot in the heart of the city.
