The location was perfect near to milano centrale. The room was so spacious & the toilet was so classic but got very bad smell when we first entered our room. So once i flushed the toilet bowl & spray some perfume the smell has gone. I hope the management will look into it. Other than that everything was perfect.

Near Milan Centrale train station. There's air-conditioning. Wall electric sockets are very old & some needs to be repaired. Breakfast is a small spread. At least there's scrambled eggs & bacon

Centrally located next to the main station, convenient to move around the city and to reach touristic spots

The biggest problem is that the hair dryer is a very old model. After blowing it for a long time, the whole body is very hot and the temperature drops very slowly. The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the sound from the toilet next door. The drainage holes are blocked and the water drops. very slow. The advantage is that the location is close to the train station. Breakfast is OK

The trip was for a business trip and the location of the hotel near the station is very convenient, although the area, to be honest, is not the best (((there are a lot of emigrants and it’s unsafe in the evening... the staff is friendly and caring)) the breakfasts are delicious! Be sure to take a room with a balcony on the 3rd or 2nd floor ...

A very poor accommodation experience. Apart from the convenience of being close to Milan Station, it has nothing to offer. There was a drainage problem in the shower room, so we had to endure it with great reluctance. We also had to endure the noise in the middle of the night from the room next to us, which was supposed to be dealing with drainage problems. The road is right outside the window, and the noise in the middle of the night and early in the morning is unbearable (this four-star rating is incomprehensible, and the room rate is even more unacceptable). Ctrip should not recommend this hotel! ! ! ! ! !

I like it very much! There are many choices for breakfast and the room temperature is very comfortable. Sleeping and resting is a kind of enjoyment. The hotel is very safe, and the waiters will make our clothes and beds. The traffic is also very convenient, near the railway station

Pretty good

This is a very pleasant hotel.......the sitting out area is good, the bedrooms are comfy and all in good condition. I liked the breakfast, but my wife was disappointed in the quality of croissants and fruit. What would stop us returning is the staff....some were very helpful, but others ,much less so, and also that on the last night we wanted a drink in the bar, but not staffed up as they were dealing with a function....putting commercial customers before paying guests.

Definitely not 4 * hotel, I would give it a 3 at best. The rooms are run down and smell like mildew. We booked 2 rooms as we travelled with our teens. Teens room kept losing power & maintenance kept blaming the cell charger. We removed the charger and it kept happening. They still kept blaming my kids. After I insisted, they realized it was a plug in the bathroom that almost caused a fire. Scary situation that I felt they didn’t take seriously. Will never go there again.

This is a hotel that I would not recommend unless you need to stay right near the Centrale train station. The hotel is ancient- the staff is not hospitable and the available services are basically zero. We were told that each night the hotel lobby bar would open at 7:30pm- it never opened. Our bathroom was horrible- the shower leaked all over the place. The floor was stone and it was honestly a safety issue. The hair dryer was like something from the 60s. The air conditioning was the best part of the entire trip. And the gelato place around- Terra Gelateria- is incredible!

during our summer trip, we stayed in the above hotel for 7 nights. Hotel is centrally located and central station is just 100 meters away. Metro also nearby. There are many shops, restaurants etc within 200-300 meters. Room size was good and it was clean. People were nice and so also the breakfast. We did face some minor issues. First, no electric kettle in the room. 2nd - No glasses also kept in room. Except those, it was a good stay.
