The hotel is super close to the train station, which makes it incredibly convenient! They also offer luggage storage service at the front desk. The breakfast was good too. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel enjoys a highly convenient location, very close to Milano Station. Upon check-in, the reception, in typical Italian style, lacked a greeting or a smile. However, the room was generously spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was commendable. The only downside was the noticeable noise from trams, particularly during the night.

Few mins walk to the Milan Central Station; very easy to get around through subway and buses; frequent buses or trains departures for Airport (MXP or BGY)

Good, but not amazing hotel.

A good upgraded room. Spacious, with a carpet. With a large comfortable table and wardrobes. With a spacious toilet room - with a large table. We liked it! The only minus - the sewer is very noisy and goes through the wall next to the bed - you can hear it very well when the neighbors flush the toilet!!! And you can hear voices behind the wall!!! Everything else is great.

The atmosphere, the people, everything breathed Italy. Felt right on all levels, very good service, would really recommend this place. Some noise from the central station but that's to be expected. Great location, so worth it.

The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the train station. It is an old hotel. Although it is a bit old, the room size is still good. Since we arrived very late, the child needed milk. Considering that it was unsafe to go out at night, the hotel front desk directly poured a large glass of milk for the child. Although we couldn't communicate in the same language, we could still feel the warmth of the front desk.

Old store...the environment of a domestic guesthouse or chain store. Compared to my other two hotels in Italy, it is also a world of difference. I was really dumbfounded the moment I opened the door...but the location is very good. There is no kettle in the hotel, which I have never encountered in other countries except the United States. Fortunately, I brought a portable kettle with me; I strongly agree with another comment: the staff seemed to work very hard to help, and there was actually no change in the big issues. Marco at the front desk was very helpful to me with the small issues (I overheard others calling his name), thank you Marco. The platform workers actively assisted, but they couldn't help me when I went downstairs to ask directly. The platform customer service told me that "the other party has been unreachable" but there was someone at the front desk every time I passed by, and even every time I went downstairs to ask, there was someone at the front desk. Yes, so it’s best to go downstairs and ask yourself. As for whether the other party can handle it, it really depends on your luck.
