Good location, food, service. Extremely friendly staff. Very good for the price. Comfortable stay guaranteed.

The room of hotel is quite new, with good location, very close to the metro. The staffs are very friendly and we spent good times at this place.

Service at the front desk was friendly and we enjoyed the restaurants that were recommended for dinner. Convenient location, close to a metro stop and a twenty minute walk to the duomo.

I had a wonderful stay at Urban Hive Milano. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the air conditioning was perfectly cold, which made a big difference during the hot summer days in Milan. This was actually my second stay here – my first one was back in April 2025 – and I’m happy I chose to come back. Also, it was just a 23-minute walk from the hotel to the Duomo, which was very convenient. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

I am so satisfied with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is right next to the subway station, 3 stops from the central train station, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel has a sense of design. In addition to the layout, there are Marshall speakers, dumbbells, yoga mats and so on in the room, which makes people want to stay in the room. The best thing is that there is a place to get drinking water on each floor, which can be replenished unlimitedly, and there is no problem making tea or coffee in the room. The breakfast is also half good, and the service is very considerate.

A very satisfactory hotel. Excellent location. Very convenient for shopping and going to the airport. The front desk staff is very friendly. There is a bar on the first floor of the hotel. The staff looks like Johnny Depp. So handsome.

It's close to the subway station and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's convenient. This is a personal thing, but in the morning, I left my 18K gold ring in my room and went out sightseeing. When I got back, I searched the room and my suitcase thoroughly but couldn't find it, so I asked the front desk, but they said that the person in charge wasn't there today and would ask when they came out. I don't speak the language so I used Pocketalk to explain, but the next day the two front desk staff seemed bothered and said something like, "A Japanese person who can't speak the language has come." It was my mistake to leave it in the room and go out, but I felt that their attitude of making fun of a Japanese person who can't speak the language was discriminatory. When I checked out, they said they would contact me if they found it. I don't recommend this hotel for people who are not confident in their language skills.

The room is small and exquisite, and the surrounding environment is quiet and safe. The breakfast is rich.

I have always had a hard time choosing a hotel when I travel to Milan on business, but I was very satisfied with my stay at Urban Hive this time. It is a small boutique hotel, but it is well managed and the staff service is very good. I would like to visit again on my next business trip.
