The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. i definitely plan to stay again. 

Fabulous loacation near the Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast food and drink was good and service was excellent. Wonderful views of the river. Hotel is quite old. We liked staying in one of the historical buildings. All amenities up to date

Our stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the staff. We had a special request for an early check-in and a late check-out due to our travel schedule, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This kind of flexibility and understanding made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The staff at the front desk was a gem! The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. It was far beyond the standard continental breakfast—there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, catering to all our morning needs. The cappuccino was particularly delightful, and the staff serving breakfast were always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days, and it made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, the Lancaster Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Hard to say it's a pleasant stay. The staff there is very nice. But unfortunately, the bedspread is just one layer and got nothing inside, plus the temperature of AC is limited to a certain range, which makes night in the room very cold, I found it hard to fall asleep and almost caught a cold the next day.

The location is really good. It's close enough to walk to most of Milan's tourist attractions. It's a safe area, so families often walk by with their children even at 10 p.m. The only downside is that the supermarket is a bit far away, but that's SOSO Chinatown is also 1km away, so you can grab some Korean food there when you miss it. The gentleman who works at the hotel counter in the evening is very kind and gentle. Most of the staff are also kind, and the breakfast has a limited selection, but it's good to eat something simple. The downside is that we stayed for 5 days, and for the first two days, they kept filling the fridge with 2 bottles of water. But from the third day on, they stopped filling the fridge with water. We drank a lot of water anyway, so we bought a box of plastic bottles from the supermarket and drank them, so it wasn't a big deal... Is that the only downside?

The location is a fairly safe neighborhood with many locals, quiet and not noisy. The room is small, but the soft furnishings are of good quality. The mattress is of good texture, the shower water is large and heats up quickly, and it doesn't get cold in the middle. The aisle in the room is narrow, and it may be difficult to lay a 28+ suitcase flat.

Elegant hotel located in a beautiful Art Nouveau building, very well maintained. The Lancaster hotel has an old-world charm that is truly a pleasure to appreciate today. All the various services, rooms, breakfast, reception, etc., are provided with great professionalism and competence. Sincere thanks to all the staff. I will return without a doubt.

I booked a single room for 2k and had one of the worst check-in experiences in the world. The room was as big as a wardrobe.

米蘭之行原本打算找中央火車站附近的酒店的，因為擔心那附近的安全狀況，轉向了市區的另一主要換乘站Cadorna火車站區域，最後選了靠近和平門的蘭卡斯特酒店。從馬爾彭薩機場到酒店可以搭特快列車坐4站到Domodossola下車，步行一小段到酒店。（如果機場出來需要直接去聖瑪麗亞修道院看“最後的晚餐”，那特快列車坐5站到Cadorna火車站下，火車站離修道院步行約600米。）蘭卡斯特酒店離森皮奧內公園的和平之門步行大約500米，進公園逛逛看看，走到另一頭就是斯福爾扎城堡。森皮奧內公園在地圖上看兩頭都是半圓形，一邊是和平之門，另一邊就是斯福爾扎城堡，城堡就緊挨着Cadorna火車站。從酒店去米蘭大教堂也很方便，可以搭19路公交車（公交車可以直接刷visa卡，刷卡的機器就在司機後背左側窗的位置），所以結合交通加安全因素，酒店的地理位置還是挺方便的。 再分享一下這次的入住感受。酒店門頭並不大，裏面也沒有高挑氣派的大堂和寬大的餐廳，但如果説你想要的是乾淨整潔温馨親切的入住感受，那麼這個酒店真的值得體驗。 我們大概是下午兩點多到的，還沒到入住時間，前台一個很温柔的美女，不僅給我們辦理提前入住，因為我們考慮要倒時差，提出不想靠近電梯的房間，她還特地先帶我們去看了兩種房型供我們選擇，還很貼心的給我們升級了房型。房間裏配有電熱水壺和茶包，冰箱裏有免費的水和飲品，浴室裏有肥皂和洗髮水，出乎意料的是房間還配有一次性拖鞋哦。 酒店裡碰到的每一個工作人員（前台的，清潔的和餐廳的）都會笑着主動和你打招呼，是那種能讓人感受到的親切，而不僅僅衹是職業的禮貌。所有的詢問和請求也都能得到他們真誠的響應和幫助。最後一天因為我們需要一大早趕去火車站，考慮到餐廳供應早餐是7點開始，時間上稍稍有點緊張，就提前一晚和前台溝通了一下，工作人員馬上回復讓我們第二天早上可以稍提前就去餐廳用餐。清冷的冬季早晨，外面天還沒亮，坐在提前為我們開放的餐廳裏吃着早點，喝一杯熱熱的卡布基諾，對旅人來説這真是一種温暖美好的記憶。

房間乾淨整潔，老闆非常熱情，離中國城近

酒店房間和服務都保持着歐洲老式酒店的風格，但應有盡有，傢俱和門的質感很好，耐看且有厚重感，有type C和USB充電口，房間很寬敞。鑰匙很重一把，每天交給前台，回來再問前台要，多了一份問候和回家的感覺。早餐的Phillip管家每天都會問要喝咖啡還是茶，然後端到你桌上，順便聊幾句。酒店有洗衣和幫約出租車服務，和手機打車同樣的平台和價格。比起老城區其他地方，這裏環境優雅不吵鬧，旁邊和平之門附近吃飯也方便，打車到各景點也都不遠

房間乾淨整潔，還有小陽台，衞生間寬敞，就是床有點小，早餐還不錯 關鍵是服務非常好，讓人很開心，性價比很高，緊挨凱旋門，下次單獨到這個城市還選這裏

服務和位置都挺不錯，早上趕飛機但餐廳還沒有開始服務，前台還拿給我2個麪包，非常貼心的服務，推薦大家入住
