The hotel is quite new, and while it's self-check-in, there were staff members available to assist, and they were incredibly friendly. The mini-bar is complimentary, with an endless supply of drinks. The skincare products provided are the hotel's own brand and quite good quality.

The hotel is perfect – clean and cozy. The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. The staff are very responsive and pleasant! There's no breakfast, but they offer free coffee and snacks 24/7, and the in-room minibar is complimentary and always restocked. Overall, I give this hotel a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it to everyone! If I'm ever in Milan again, this will be my go-to hotel.

Although it's a bit far from Milan Central Station, the hotel was incredibly clean and lovely. They offered a wide range of amenities, and facilities like the mini-cinema theater and board games provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The luggage lockers were also very convenient. Since I had mentioned beforehand that it was a birthday trip, they even prepared a gift for me. I would love to stay here again!

The location is definitely good, we're close to the city center, and the staff is nice and kind. However, the room itself was a disaster. I found ants (and lots of them) everywhere. First in the room, then under the bed, then in the bathroom in the shower. There were so many. I received a room change, but it didn't solve the situation; there were still ants in the new room as well. It should be cleaner for the price I paid.

I really loved this hotel! It's super modern and has a great design! There's a lovely garden on-site where you can relax, and even a room for listening to records! They also have a very modern fitness center and even a cinema. In the evening, there were complimentary alcoholic drinks, cookies, mango, apples, and various coffees and teas. That was really impressive! The room was magnificent! The toiletries were excellent! And the minibar was included in the price. This hotel is fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exactly as pictured - comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. It was 35 degrees during our time in Italy and thankfully the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus! The housekeeping team provided a fast, thorough, and tidy cleaning service every morning! We also really appreciated the complimentary drinks at the bar, which were a lovely touch. A special mention goes to the cooling gel pack in our room. They were an absolute lifesaver after long days of walking and exploring, soothing our aching feet. It's the thoughtful little details like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The room also comes with a yoga mat and ball despite having access to the gym so this was a nice touch of you wanted a morning/evening stretch without having to leave the room. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
