I had an amazing time here , the location was amazing, the hotel cleanliness was top notch , the customer service was out of this world

It's average. It can be said to be a relatively expensive price. I booked a double bed but forgot to provide the second person's information, so I was charged extra later. It's really speechless.

Everything was perfect, the receptionists were charming and friendly, everything was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It's a bit far from the center, but the metro takes you directly to the Duomo in 10 minutes.

The sanitation is dirty and smelly, and the air conditioning does not work. The service is not good. I paid when I checked in, but they said I didn't pay when I checked out.
