Room: We got the old room which I find a bit dark and window closed and cannot be opened to let the lights in with a heavy metal key so we had to leave it in the reception everytime we go out. Room is clean and they provide complimentary water, disposable cups and tea but only for 1st night . It would be nice if they can replenish those. I noticed there are some floors that are newly renovated, which I assumed where the "executive" rooms at. Recommended to book those rooms instead. Location: A lot of food places in the area and less than 10 min. walk from Milano Centrale. There is a tram stop 3 mins away and metro subway ~5mins walk which can take you to the city center.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager during my visit. In my personal experience, he was extremely rude and showed little professionalism when it came to handling time, payments, and refunds. When we requested a refund for a situation that was not our fault, he refused to cooperate and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. I also felt that his communication, especially towards women in our group, was discourteous and lacking basic hospitality standards. The overall service felt unpleasant, and I did not feel that guest comfort or safety was a priority. Based on my experience, the management needs serious improvement in customer service, communication, and professionalism.

Hotel was nice and welcoming staff at the reception to welcome guests . They had kept kettle, tea sachet, water bottles in the room . Little bit walk if you have luggage from Milano Centrale but it’s ok without luggage . Lot of cafés nearby . It was my birthday only thing is hotel didn’t respond to my query on trip.com and did nothing to make my special day extra nice . Overall ok experience .

Hotel room is a little bit small, but location is good.

It was an excellent stay, the room was really clean and quiet the bed confortable and the location it’s near to central station, restaurants, shops and metro.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Didn't have any hot water. This was throughout the day and we weren't able to have a good shower. Receptionist had an attitude when we asked them to fix the issue. Was extremely rude and ignored our further calls. Plenty of mosquitos in the hotel too and they certainly bite. Can't understand how this hotel was rated so well, especially with a high price. Don't make our mistake and AVOID this hotel at all costs.

The black guy with glasses in the front desk is impatient and not polite. This experience leaves me a very bad feel for my first day in Italy. Don't recommend to everyone one.
