The hotel location is a walking distance to duomo. Not exactly near. The front desk and the concierge service is top notch. The room is spacious with a balcony facing the courtyard. It is clean and the decoration is excellent.

Overall, it was a good experience. The breakfast had a great variety of desserts, but savory main dishes were very limited. There was even a violin 🎻 performance during breakfast, which added a nice touch to the ambiance. The shower 🚿 in the room's bathroom had excellent water pressure.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! As soon as our Uber stopped across the street, a hotel staff member proactively came over to help with our luggage and get us checked in. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast even featured live violin music, which really elevated the ambiance. It's also within walking distance to all the attractions and shopping centers. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Milan.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely loved it. Everything was excellent, from the facilities and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. What impressed me the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, including the reception team, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, security personnel, luggage attendants, and even the maintenance and air-conditioning team. Every single person contributed to making my stay enjoyable and memorable. Thank you all for the outstanding hospitality. I will definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was fabulous, cozy and quiet. The hotel is very central and perfectly insulated from the street noise. Guest relations is at an unreachable level - Yulia (manager for guest relations) may solve any issue (best tickets, restaurants, guides and etc).  The breakfast is tasty and full of fresh products (gluten free options available as well). Even live music at breakfast)). Helpful staff. WC and shower are of a highest quality and design. The Restaurant & bar prepared all dishes and drinks we were asking for regardless of whether or not they were on the menu. We loved this hotel and will definitely return.

The staff here are very friendly, and the location is super convenient. The breakfast is abundant, and it's very close to the church, about an 8-minute walk. The subway station is also nearby.
