Good place for staying

The hotel is good, generally clean. The room is big and the location is good. There is a supermarket nearby and the nearest Metro station is Affori Centro.

The key is so heavy.

This is the worst hotel I have booked in my life. I would give negative feedback everywhere globally because I lost £260 just because I did not get visa for Italy. They did not cancel my bookings not partial payment, not even re scheduled my booking for another date. How unprofessional they are.

Very nice staff and nice breakfast with cold drinks and coffee. It's about 5 mins walk to metro station and it's near hypermarket.

It was so amazing and very good location

The staff were very kind and efficient. Live the location of the hotel which is away from the city centre but a close walking distance to the train station that took us to the city centre of Milan. Worth the stay and the spread of breakfast was great. We were happy with the spread and enjoyed it. The hotel is located to nice eateries and there is a mega supermarket nearby.

The service here is so great. The breakfast is also full of kinds.

Very satisfied, the room is spacious and bright, clean and considerate. There is a kettle and slippers, which many hotels don't have. There is also a gym

The room could be more neat for a 4 star hotel. It was cleaned every day (a little more careful would have been better) and our sheets and towels were changed daily (we really appreciated it). The breakfast was fixed every day and without much variety but the croissants and especially the pistachio were amazing!! Very good staff and helpful!! The area was quiet and although it was far from the center of Milan the metro was a 5 minute walk! I would prefer it again!

There are many Chinese restaurants and a large supermarket nearby, and the subway station is also very close. It is still highly recommended to stay here. The breakfast is average, it would be better if there were more varieties, and the fruit for breakfast is delicious.

How can this shabby hotel still have four stars? The sound insulation is terrible, the room is extremely hot, and the quilt cover is just two pieces of cloth. It is a relatively poor hotel and not worthy of 4 stars. Please pay attention!
