LLenaKasselThis was just an amazing hotel! We were incredibly pleased! The case when we liked everything! The food in the restaurant was delicious, the rooms were beautifully decorated. Everything was clean, fresh and new! What was especially pleasing: shampoo, shower gel, body cream, soap were organically certified (Cosmos Organic), and in our time it is especially valuable to find cosmetics in hotels without aggressive additives, this is very captivating. We didn't even have to get out our jars of cosmetics. I wish this hotel further prosperity!

GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

On a positive note, we loved this hotel, great location, modern, clean room with good amenities. What fails the hotel is their female receptionists. We came into contact with two of them, both were miserable looking, unfriendly, gave wrong information and set all the wrong time for this great hotel. Well done to trip.com too for offering such a good rate on this booking.

While the male staff were friendly and welcoming, the female staff seemed rather unfriendly. The only downside was the smelly toilet. Would coming back to stay again. My cabin is the above unit, quite inconvenient but more private in a way.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!

VVivi C.Very clean and well kept, considerably new. It seems like quite a popular spot as we weren’t able to check in early when we arrived around 1 pm. I really like the washroom and it was very clean just like at home. The location is not bad, quite near the metro as well. However, I don’t think there are a lot of amenities. Would definitely rebook if I was to come back to Milan in the near future as the price was reasonable and I had a very good rest.
