This hotel is under renovation. When I checked in, it was around 2pm and desperately wanted to rest but the room was REALLY loud because construction was happening right outside of my room. It was ridiculously loud. I asked the front desk to change the room and the second room they gave me was a lot better. I personally do not understand why they charge you full price when the hotel is under construction. There should be some kind of advantages to customers when the hotel is going under construction.. The room was small and clean. It was clean but I can tell air wasn’t. The mattress was terrible also. Right side of the mattress was a bit sagging. It was obvious that the customers were sleeping on the right side of the mattress more often.. it was sagging on the right side. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and definitely would’ve moved if it was free cancellation. Front desk staffs were very friendly and supportive. However I do not see this hotel as 4 star hotel.

I have never been more pleasantly surprised than visiting this hotel. I was looking for an affordable hotel with a good location, so my expectations was mediocre. First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

Very good location; 5 mins walk from the station and 20mins walk to Duomo. Easy access to the Metro as well. The lady at reception who welcomed us when we arrived was very nice (half pony tail and blond). The phone in the room doesnt work; had to go down to ask for a kettle. The room is really small though as well as the bed. Great that they allow us to store the luggage before check in and after check out. View from the room overlooking the station is not bad. Not noisy.

Hotel location wise was near to Milan city but the train interval was not that frequent. Hotel room was clean (except bathroom curtain) but lacking of many things such as complimentary drinking water.

I was so happy that the hotel is located 300m away from the metro station that has elevator and escalator access. I was carrying a luggage that is 40kg over and I’m happy that the metro it’s not far from the hotel. The hotel staffs upon checking was very nice and I decided to extend 1 more day and the staff was happy to assist me on that. My room was at level 6 which is great because I prefer staying at high floor (level 7 was the highest). When I inspect the room upon checking-in, it was very clean althought they only provide soap, shampoo, towels & toilet rolls. No toothbrush etc. which I don’t mind at all because I brought my own. The housekeeping was great although some only speak Italian and don’t understand English but they did their job in cleaning my room every single day, just like how I entered it on the first day. They did change the towels to fresh towels and make my bed. Overall, I will stay again at this hotel whenever I’m in Milan.

This was an amazing hotel with friendly staff! I stayed there for a night but definitely will go back to enjoy spa and delicious food!! Family room was super comfortable and more than enough for 4 people. I highly recommend this hotel for not only business trips but also if you are traveling to Milan to explore the city. The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.
