Ci rivediamo sicuramente quest’anno, ottimo albergo con personale molto gentile e accogliente io e la mia fidanzata ci siamo trovati davvero bene ! Una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stato sicuramente il brunch fino all’1, le camere sono semplici e molto spaziose e la piscina è il top . Un’altra cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è che è vicinissimo al mare e facendo una passeggiata di 10 minuti si arriva anche in centro . Ve lo consiglio !

Albergo d'altri tempi come la vecchia casa di vacanza della nonna Posizione tranquilla con bel giardino e grande piscina Accoglienza squisita tipica romagnola a gestione famigliare ma: Arredi vecchissimi sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere, impianti non a norma , letti scomodi , odore di chiuso - infatti quando rifanno le camere spruzzano abbondanti deodoranti x ambienti. Sono cliente da anni in questo hotel e mi trovo sempre molto bene, ho trascorso lo scorso week end con un gruppo di amici, pur essendo un periodo fuori stagione ci hanno messo a disposizione le loro suite all’ultimo piano! Inoltre ci è stata servita la colazione in camera e avevamo a disposizione l’uso della palestra e della sauna. È un hotel dal gusto classico e con degli ottimi servizi, infatti riescono sempre a soddisfare le mie richieste, pur essendo una cliente molto esigente. Ve lo consiglio!

Pagato con il pacchetto Mirabilandia come un hotel 4 stelle, si è dimostrato un 2 stelle scarse. Prenotazione con neonato, manca la culla e la receptionist risponde "non è un mio problema". Frigo rotto (x tenere il latte, avevo preso un 4* soprattutto per i servizi) ma negano fino alla fine dicendo che si raffredderà (dopo 30 minuti c'erano 28gradi nel frigo). Il titolare, forse unica nota positiva, ci porta finalmente la culla alle 23.30 (dopo oltre un'ora dal check-in) e per ovviare al problema del frigo, 5/6 blocchetti di ghiaccio che non sortiscono effetti. Risultato: ogni brick di latte liquido aperto è finito poi nello scarico non potendo conservarlo... Ciliegina sulla torta è stata la risposta della gentile signora dell' agenzia di Mirabilandia che ci ha risposto dopo oltre 20gg dal reclamo dicendo "È andata così, potevate chiamarci al momento" ovvero alle 23 con i loro uffici chiusi già da ore... D'altronde agenzie poco serie lavorano con strutture poco serie. Per chi ha lasciato 5, mi piacerebbe sapere se ha mai visitato davvero un hotel 4stelle... P.s. reception non accessibile con passeggino, nel 2024...

Hotel in ottima posizione, tutto ok, colazione perfetta e anche personale gentilissimo, purtroppo manca il parcheggio interno e una salita x carrozzine, passeggini e bagagli, ma comunque ci tornerei, ovviamente (senza passeggino)..

Camere pulite e lontane dal caos, piscina molto rilassante dopo una giornata di mare. Colazione e brunch favoloso. Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Grazie siamo stati benissimo e ci ritorneremo. Paola e Stefano

Hotel scoperto per caso, all'ultimo momento! Ero un po' in dubbio perché avevo letto qualche recensione non del tutto positiva... On realtà ci siamo fatti prendere dal buon preventivo rispetto ad altre strutture e non abbiamo sbagliato! Ci hanno dato la suite, bellissima, nuova e pulita; bagno con vasca enorme...bella,bella! La colazione è ottima, abbondante e molto ma molto varia, fino alle 13! Belli anche gli spazi esterni, la piscina è grande e pulita... Personale disponibile e gentile! Una struttura che terremo in considerazione in futuro!!!

Hotel stile un po' anni '80 ma siamo stati molto bene ed è questo ciò che conta!! Camere pulite, colazione da Re ❤️ dolce, salato, frutta davvero di tutto e di più. Piscina bellissima!! Ritorneremo sicuramente 👍👍
