Beautiful property, extremely spacious and comfortable rooms, amazing service (so much so we decided to stay an extra night). The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach, and because we were in low season, it was calm and empty, ideal for long walks on the sand. We had dinner at the hotel and were looked after by the lovely Maître d' Domenico, it all felt very special. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Avoid this hotel! We booked the suite IBIS and it was a pure disaster. Directly above this suite is the laundry. This means that 24/7 (!) the washing machines are running on high speed and it is very loud directly in the bedroom of the suite. So loud that even the bed vibrates. It is impossible to sleep. The hotel manager acted as if he knew nothing about it and did nothing about it. He did not care. He did not react, did not offer us another solution. We could have gone home, he said. He couldn't even say hello and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. In addition to that, there were the following problems: - The room is old and has many signs of use. - The closet does not open. - In the bathroom it stinks unpleasantly from the drain - The whirlpool is broken - The terrace floor is already so old that you should only walk with shoes - The staff is arrogant and unfriendly. Especially the hotel manager is conceited. This hotel is never ever a 5 star hotel and not worth this price. I suggest you to look for another hotel where you are appreciated as a guest!

We stayed in this splendid hotel a stone's throw from the center of Milano Marittima, the room was very comfortable with sea view and a beautiful bathroom with a Teuco tub with whirlpool and built-in sauna. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. I would go back.

Hotel 5 stelle L? Io penserei a cambiare il personale e gli asciugamani e poi forse possiamo parlare di qualcosa che assomiglia ad un hotel. La reception sarà meglio che sia formata un po' meglio, non si può fare accomodare il cliente in sala e poi una volta che il cliente si è accomodato dirgli "guardi che non siamo ancora aperti", il tutto mentre ho in bocca mezzo panino. Davvero? In un 5 stelle? Per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani sporchi non c'è nulla da aggiungere.

Stanza di hotel ottima proprietario dell'hotel molto cordiale e disponibile , barista ottimo stra gentile e ottimi drink. Unica pecca che mi ha lasciato insoddisfatto è l'arroganza del ragazzo in reception che a una richiesta è stato totalmente maleducato , dicendomi che prossima volta che prenoto in questo hotel non mi farà più avere la camera. Per il resto ottimo.

Non è la prima volta in questo Hotel , quindi posso decisamente affermare che è un’ottima struttura per posizione , servizi e pulizia . Camere e suite spaziose con personale attento ,sorridente e disponibile. Continuerò assolutamente a frequentarlo. Buona la colazione , ottimo il servizio bar . La suite Ibis una delle mie preferite .
