Una delle strutture più belle in assoluto di Milano marittima . Stanze grandi, ottima pulizia e personale super gentile. Devo però menzionare PINO il metre/ concierge dell’hotel, non ho fatto in tempo neanche a fare mezza richiesta che ci aveva già pensato lui , avendo 2 bambini , ha curato ogni minimo dettaglio. Non pensavo di trovare nella realtà una persona che potesse battere il Concierge di PRETTY WOMAN . Lui l’ha battuto .

Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte ma torneremo di sicuro prestissimo . Non saprei cosa commentare in primis,accoglienza alla reception , sala colazione , l’ambiente sublime , camere assolutamente eleganti curate nei minimi particolare ,pulizia perfetta . Consiglio vivamente e torneremo a breve . Grazie dell’accoglienza .

Posto che parliamo di un hotel 5vstelle ovviamente mi aspetto un'esperienza top da tutti i punti di vista ma così non è stata: La stanza si presenta ampia ben attrezzata e con un terrazzo davvero grande. Il bagno molto grande aveva però diverse pecche: il bidè aveva rubinetto rotto per cui niente acqua calda, estremamente rumoroso (sentivamo gli scarichi dei bagni delle altre camere) fornito di saponi che non sono stati integrati i giorni successivi. Le note dolenti le riservo però al personale: facchino che arriva in camera cercando di entrare (noi eravamo dentro) avendo pero sbagliato numero di stanza; Secondo giorno camera non rifatta (come è possibile una roba del genere!) Per una "distrazione" della cameriera; Al Checkout l'impiegata ci presenta il conto da saldare interamente (peccato che il soggiorno fosse stato pagato in anticipo). Cose che possono capitare in un hotel qualsiasi ma non in un hotel per cui spendo 200 euro a notte! Nota di merito all'assistente bagnanti della piscina molto gentile e disponibile. Anche il buffet della colazione fantastico e fornito di ogni delizia, con personale di sala premuroso e rapido. Il parcheggio (a pagamento) è comodo e ampio. Non credo che ripeterei l'esperienza in questo hotel.

Bella struttura a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Camera molto ampia e ben arredata, particolare anche il bagno a sua volta di discrete dimensioni. Decisamente grande anche il terrazzo. Colazione abbastanza fornita, probabilmente in alta stagione è meglio.

Hotel scenografico dall’esterno e con camere molto spaziose. Il personale conferma di essere impostato per un reale 5 Stelle. La spa non è all’altezza delle cinque stelle ma l’intero soggiorno può essere classificato di ottimo ed elevato livello. Grazie alla reception per avere risolto in pochissimi minutie senza burocrazia una leggero disguido nella fase di prenotazione. 5 Stelle

Hotel 5 stelle L? Io penserei a cambiare il personale e gli asciugamani e poi forse possiamo parlare di qualcosa che assomiglia ad un hotel. La reception sarà meglio che sia formata un po' meglio, non si può fare accomodare il cliente in sala e poi una volta che il cliente si è accomodato dirgli "guardi che non siamo ancora aperti", il tutto mentre ho in bocca mezzo panino. Davvero? In un 5 stelle? Per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani sporchi non c'è nulla da aggiungere.

Stanza di hotel ottima proprietario dell'hotel molto cordiale e disponibile , barista ottimo stra gentile e ottimi drink. Unica pecca che mi ha lasciato insoddisfatto è l'arroganza del ragazzo in reception che a una richiesta è stato totalmente maleducato , dicendomi che prossima volta che prenoto in questo hotel non mi farà più avere la camera. Per il resto ottimo.

Non è la prima volta in questo Hotel , quindi posso decisamente affermare che è un’ottima struttura per posizione , servizi e pulizia . Camere e suite spaziose con personale attento ,sorridente e disponibile. Continuerò assolutamente a frequentarlo. Buona la colazione , ottimo il servizio bar . La suite Ibis una delle mie preferite .
