We felt very welcomed right from the moment we stepped in. Front Counter staff were friendly n helpful. Kudos to 小刘 (Sophie) & 小秋 who were godsend.. They helped us get a driver for the rest of our trip when our original plan turned awry for us. It turns out the new driver arranged by Sophie was another angel who made the rest of the trip most pleasant n unforgettable. Everything was great, from rooms, cleanliness to amenities, free flow of Coffee and tea in the lobby, there is even a 温泉 for guests. Only not so good thing is the breakfast, it's mostly the usual 米线 and local stuff. Its good if u don't mind their local style breakfast food. Overall I am very satisfied with this place. In fact I m staying at the Vienna again in Kunming before I fly back to singapore!! I hope it doesn't disappoint.. Will update in the next review. Highly recommended for a stay in 弥勒！

Nice hotel great location. They have great front desk staff. 小刘，(Sophie) 和小秋。We encountered some issues with the transport we pre-booked before coming over to Yunnan. 小刘was very helpful and spent much time helping us to get alternative transport arrangements. Much appreciated. We would have been so lost without her. 在这里特别要表扬小刘。帮了我们很大的忙。让我们可以无忧的继续我们云南之旅。在入住期间，还时常虚寒问暖。非常感谢。

The hotel service is great, the rooms are large, the bathrooms are clean and tidy, the location is good, you can walk under the coconut trees by the lake opposite, there is also a tropical swimming pool and hot spring, and the breakfast is rich! It is worth choosing

The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is good. The room is clean and hygienic. The housekeeper Xiaodu is intelligently controlled. It is close to Huquan Ecological Park and it is very convenient for walking the kids. The overall feeling is good and I will come again next time.

The room is of a suitable size, the bathroom is also big enough, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, the environment is good, and the service is thoughtful. To be honest, I think it is okay to get such a room during the May Day holiday. After all, it is a national chain hotel. What I think is not right is that the hot spring water has a strong disinfectant smell. If the hot spring and swimming pool are open during normal times, it is still worth it.

The hotel is right next to Huquan Ecological Park, very close to Huquan Ecological Park and Honghe Water Town. The location is very good and parking is convenient. The front desk clerk is very considerate. The hotel staff will greet you when they meet, which makes me feel warm. They also gave apples and flower cakes.

A highly recommended hotel, just across the road from the lake. We were upgraded to a lake view room for free when we checked in. Although the room area is not as large as the interior view room, it is definitely worth the money. We checked in in the afternoon. When we entered the room, we could see the whole lake through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel also prepared yogurt and fruit in advance. After checking in, we first experienced the hotel's swimming pool and hot springs. The swimming pool was very clean, and someone would take away fallen leaves in time. The lifeguards would always be by the pool, making people feel very safe. The pool was also very comfortable, and the atmosphere was even better after the lights were turned on at night. After the hot spring, I went back to the room to change clothes. As soon as I opened the door, I saw the sunset, and the scenery against the lake was extremely beautiful! After packing up and going downstairs to eat, the front desk lady recommended a restaurant that made Maitreya specialties. I went to taste it and it was very good! Thanks for the recommendation! Because it is facing the street, I dare not open the window when sleeping at night, but there is a problem, it is hot without air conditioning, and cold with air conditioning... Central air conditioning is known to everyone, and the adjustment is not sensitive... So I turned it on and off several times a night😂😂 Overall, if you come to Mile to play, I still recommend this hotel, and it is very cost-effective.

The hotel's hardware and environment are good. It is a brand hotel I often choose when traveling. The only thing that is offensive is that there is a long list of room supplies compensation on the desk in the room. This is extremely disrespectful to the travelers, and it is a personal insult. How many travelers have damaged the hotel's items in a year? Even if it is accidental damage, it is not too much for the hotel to bear the loss. This is a typical Chinese presumption of guilt, thinking that anyone who comes to the hotel may damage the hotel's items. This kind of management thinking should not be done by a four-star brand hotel. Honest advice is unpleasant to the ear, and I hope it will be improved. It will not affect my continued choice of Vienna Hotel in the future.

I chose to stay at Vienna Hotel because the room could see the lake. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and recommended delicious snacks and dinner merchants nearby. She sent 2 breakfasts and helped arrange a high-rise room. The lake view outside the window was beautiful. There are many places to eat nearby. After dinner, you can go to the lake or Honghe Water Village for a walk. It is very pleasant. Welcome fruit and yogurt were sent to the room, and 4 bottles of Nongfu Spring water were provided. The breakfast was particularly good, with rich varieties and fresh ingredients. The vegetables were expensive (okra, loofah tips, pea slices, etc.), not perfunctory at all. There are freshly cooked rice noodles, vermicelli, and rice noodles to choose from, as well as more than a dozen side dishes and small ingredients to choose from. The special braised chicken and crispy meat are also delicious. The fruits include watermelon, orange, and peach, and there are three or four kinds of Western pastries, as well as many others... I didn't have time to experience the swimming pool and hot spring this time. I want to stay here next time I come to Mile!
