We have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Happy to have paid for their breakfast, good variety and well stocked. Staff were very friendly and is proud of their service way!

I'm already a regular customer at this hotel. They've never disappointed. One of the best for the type of stay I want.

Very good! Positive experience, modern and clean rooms, very good breakfast with a very important detail (the orange juice is natural, freshly made with oranges). A place I recommend.

The room was fine and clean... but when I got to the hotel I asked the receptionist, a blond guy with somewhat long hair, if he could please order a taxi for 4 in the morning the next day to take me to the airport. He didn't do it. By chance, at night I decided to ask. There was another guy at reception and he told me that there was no taxi reservation. I think they should be more attentive to these details...

The stay exceeded my expectations. Totally recommendable, with a great location, complete services and very attentive staff. The buffet breakfast was very good. It is definitely worth it.

Hotel well located, close to Santiago, comfort in general (free parking, isolated from noise...) the truth is a very good hotel at a very good price, everything new and clean 👌🙌🏼

When we arrived we told the receptionist that the room had a bad air conditioning, it was at 18 degrees. I told the receptionist about it twice, but she ignored it. The air conditioning seemed to have its own autonomy, not only did it turn off the air, it continued working like a kind of noisy fan. We left and when we came back after about two hours I demanded that she change my room because it was unbearable to be there. The receptionist who attended to us at the beginning left the problem to the girl from the night shift, that is, to her colleague from the next shift, and on top of that she didn't say that there had been an incident for three hours or more, since they give me a room for people with disabilities, which seemed like a hospital room. I got angry and told her that I didn't want to stay there, that she should find a way to solve the problem. In the end they gave me one with independent beds, which was not what I had contracted 20 days in advance.

Great hotel

很棒的地理位置，走聖路途中可以在這裡停泊，得到很好的休息，附近有很大的超市非常的方便，老闆跟服務人員都非常的熱情，服務非常的棒，也可以加購早餐，很棒的Buffet，24小時的咖啡機非常的方便，也有熱開水提供，非常喜歡這裡的地理位置跟服務人員熱情的服務，C P值非常的高。

Excelente hotel. El personal de recepción muy buenos. En especial Alba. El desayuno buenisimo

Somos clientes habituais deste hotel. Lamentavelmente nesta estadia não tivemos sorte com os funcionários da Recepção. Pouco simpáticos, e conseguiram até ser um pouco rudes. Não estávamos habituados. Sempre fomos bem tratados neste hotel.
