Very good location near the airport directly at the terminal and easy to find.

The room was on the smaller side, but its proximity to the airport makes it incredibly convenient, especially for the international terminal. The only drawback was the hotel's lack of business facilities, such as meeting rooms, for guests needing to work. I also thought the TV cabinet looked a bit dated.

Conveniently located right at the airport, with easy light rail access to the terminals. Overall, a positive experience.

Had a pleasant experience at grand hyatt @ SFO Lovely to get a proper rest in between flights & appreciated the seamless link via the airtrain directly from the terminals

This hotel is ideal for late arrivals (after 11 PM). As it was my first time in San Francisco and I was concerned about safety, I didn't want to hail a taxi to a more budget-friendly hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk staff were very helpful, and they require a $50 deposit upon check-in. You can take the AirTrain directly from your terminal to the hotel without even leaving the airport. For pickups the next day (taxis or friends), the main entrance is conveniently located on the first floor.

The Grand Hyatt from entry to exit was a “Grand” experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was great! We had lunch, dinner, and cocktails onsite and did room service for breakfast. The most enjoyable, was the “Grand” views we had of the runway from the room!

Super convenient for catching an early flight! The 24/7 shuttle train service makes getting around incredibly easy.

My experience at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco truly exceeded my expectations! The welcoming atmosphere of the lobby immediately impressed me upon check-in, and the room itself was an even bigger surprise. It was decorated with a minimalist yet elegant touch, and the plush bed paired with the well-appointed lighting allowed me to instantly shed my travel fatigue. What truly stood out was how incredibly quiet the room was; even though it's located right in the city center, I could barely hear any outside noise, ensuring an exceptionally peaceful night's sleep.

The room was very clean and quiet, and it's seamlessly connected to the airport via AirTrain – fantastic!

Best location for airport transportation, very nice accommodation.

Stayed for a connecting flight to Orlando. Good place and good amenities. Rooms could be a bit bigger for family groups hopefully.
