Fairfield Inn & Suites Milledgeville

The hotel was nice. The room was clean, sheets and towels were white, and only a couple of minor stains on the wall that I are not very noticeable. The bed was comfortable. The tub flooring was peeling a little bit, which made me think it had likely been refinished at some point. The walls were completely bare. Other than the tub and lack of decor, no complaints. Honestly, a little bit of art would have made the room feel homey as it really was clean and comfortable otherwise. The staff were kind and quick. It is definitely worth the value. They even had a nice indoor pool!

Lovely breakfast choices

Do not stay here. Mold and mildew in the rooms, filthy carpets that were not vacuumed, food stains on carpeting by the nightstands and bed, dead bugs around the air conditioning unit, stains on surfaces, debris on furniture like the sofa, hair on the toilet, etc. You get the idea. While the outside of the hotel looks good and the lobby feels renovated or refreshed, the rooms are awful. I had two separate rooms before I left for another hotel. Both rooms had the exact same issues. Do not stay here.

The worst place ever! Walked in ... 1st room smelled like vape. 2nd room.. was next to parking lot. 3rd room offered was in the back and didn't seem safe but I was tired of moving from room to room. Next... my television did not work. Front desk had to come reset it. Wash cloth looked old and ratty and was definitely NOT white! Breakfast was okay. Bagel with peanut butter was edible but then I asked for hot water for grits. The lady told me the container didn't hold hot water long so she directed me to a place they fix the food and I was to get my hot water from there! Then my bill was messed up. The lady informed me she couldn't change it because the manager had to do that and wouldn't be in until 10 am. He did email me the corrected bill but that is ridiculous that he is the only one who has authority to do this! I have to come back in October and I definitely won't be staying at this location!!!
