"I really enjoyed my stay at The Langham. While the location isn't as good as the Fullerton we previously stayed at, the staff truly shine. From the proactive and attentive concierge during check-in and check-out, to the constant replenishment of bottled water daily, and the meticulous turndown service provided by housekeeping – everything was consistently at a solid five-star standard. We didn't have breakfast included, but we did try the three-course dinner at the hotel's restaurant, The James. It was great value at AUD 62.50 per person, and the service was truly exceptional!"
