Ужасный опыт. Никому не советую!
Забронировали номер заранее, оплатили 100% стоимости, получили подтверждение — всё официально. По приезду оказалось, что нашего номера нет, и нас просто поставили перед фактом: “мест нет, заселим в то, что осталось”. Это при полной предоплате! Никаких извинений, никакой компенсации — просто наглое отношение, как будто это наша вина. На ресепшене — полный бардак, персонал откровенно хамит, никакой ответственности за свои ошибки не несут. Создается ощущение, что номера перепродают несколько раз, рассчитывая, что часть гостей не приедет. А если приедете — ваши проблемы. Это мошенничество, а не гостиничный сервис. Категорически не рекомендую это место. Сохраните свои деньги и нервы — держитесь подальше от этой “гостиницы”.

I was really sceptical after reading the latest reviews but have really enjoyed our stay. We arrived the day the hotel re opened for the season. The shops in the hotel are really good and reasonably priced, the pool is amazing my 3 boys loved the outside slides pool and inside pool. Staff really friendly hotel is lovely and clean. Only gripe we have is the cocktails were a little bit tasteless so just stuck to spirits etc and they were all good and main brands in the Irish bar. Also the food in the main restaurant could probably do with more versatility in food choices as it became a little monotonous after the 2 weeks we have been here. Food round the pool really good also loved the entertainment we had a Vegas evening last night with a dj set etc which was a great setup. The area is perfect shops etc outside and then you can jump on the bus that takes you into side old town in 10 mins for 30 tl so really reasonable. Overall very happy with our stay.

This hotel has been our go-to holiday destination for years, and every time we come back, it feels like home. The Guest Relations team is absolutely amazing – always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we need. Their professionalism and warm attitude make a big difference in our stay. The bar service is also fantastic – the drinks are always well-prepared and the bartenders are so kind and cheerful. We always look forward to relaxing at the bar in the evenings. Thank you for always making our holiday special. Can’t wait to come back again!

Just for yourself by looking at the pictures taken during my stay in the hotel. I paid for side seaview view and was given a view of car parking with trees. I complained before the room change was made. However, a day had already been wasted. My kids liked the water park but I was very dissatisfied with the pool area as it was left dirty and until the following day. There were times when I had to clean my area and complained about the dirt still left behind from previous day well into the late morning. Lifeguards don't pay attention but rather chatting to locals and on their phones.

Firstly, the hotel looks really nice appearance-wise and is based close to local shops and restaurants. The rooms was well presented and maintained with fresh towels during our stay. The food is nice and the selection is certainly varied enough for most people, although it does get a little repetitive after a few days which is usually the case with all inclusives. The toppings at the waffle bar could do with being expanded with different nuts and sprinkles for a bit more variety. We have a disabled son (Autism) and was impressed to see there is a disabled seating area in the main restaurant. The issue we faced is that we were pestered by staff about having a reservation to use the disabled seating area at every single meal! Each time we had to explain a member of our party was disabled and even showed them a picture of our blue badge. The hotel should introduce a new system (different coloured wristband perhaps?) to identify people who are eligible to use the disabled seating. The pool area was a further challenge for us with an 8 year old, as the main pool is the same depth all the way around at 140cm. There is a baby/toddler pool which is shallower but this was too babyish for him. Our son can luckily swim reasonably well but needed a floating aid as he wasn’t tall enough to stand upright in the pool. Frustrating for what we have paid to stay at the hotel and for somewhere that is geared towards family holidays, everywhere else we have stayed has pools that get gradually deeper. Not a bad holiday and hotel to stay in and the staff are friendly & helpful, but probably not really worth what we paid to stay there.

The hotel was an amazing experience. The staff and people were very supportive and helpful. They were kind and always smiling! The food was lovely and the rooms were always presentable, clean and refilled the mini bar everyday. I had a very good experience and I recommend that you go and visit this amazing hotel and country. it's really good Place for holiday expecially for my kids. staff from Indonesian People it's so polite they always smile. the food is good also. they have some amazing slide also. my favorite is ice cream my room always clean everyday 100/10
