About this space: This splendid, two-story townhouse is a brand-new construction and decorated to have a nautical feel that makes you feel like you are on vacation. One of the reasons this home away from home is special and not like others is the fantastic view of the clubhouse lake, which is absolutely amazing! The sun sets over it, so don't miss it! Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a sunny and bright open floor plan. Wind down in the welcoming living area, furnished with cozy sofas in front of a smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is just steps away and has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The garage space has a smart TV, a foosball table, and a beverage fridge, offering a great hidden spot that will keep you entertained during your stay. The primary suite is on the main floor and features a smart TV and an en suite bath with a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms can be found upstairs. The bunk bedroom has a beautiful sea captain theme with a trundle pull out bed. You have access to three pools on the property, one of which is steps away. The house is located directly across from the pool. The beach shuttle is also steps away, so if you choose not to drive you can! The towns of Millvill, Oceanview and Bethany Beach are all a quick 5-10 minutes away and there are plenty of dining experiences available. We also often go to Fenwick and Ocean City!
