We invite you to relax on the river with your family and make a s’more after on the bonfire! Here you will have your own private dock and beaches well. Keep in mind this home is a playground for all four seasons, being only 25 minutes away from mount spokane ski resort and 25 minutes to Coeur d’Alene. The Centennial Trail is walking distance and the renowned Arbor Crest Winery is a 5 minute drive away! However our personal favorite is Rocket Bakery, right around the corner where we get our favorite coffee and pastries for breakfast. Our newly renovated 1950’s home is waiting for you with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room to make this a perfect home away from home for your group or family. This property does include private river access, private dock and beach, included FREE water toys (2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks) with life vests provided on the property. We kindly ask for no loud parties, no smoking and no pets. Lastly, please treat our home like your would yours. Outdoor adventures: -paddle boarding -kayaking -swimming -mountain biking and hiking at Beacon Hill -green bluff local farms - apple picking and pumpkin patches Mount Spokane: - ski and snowboarding - snow mobiles - snow- shoeing - hiking - wild huckleberry picking - picnics - centennial trail -fly fishing -golfing Indoor activities: -wine tasting at Arbor Crest - includes summer concerts -rocket bakery - stockwells’s restaurant - with live music - bottles winery - millwood brewing company - millwood antique shops - aviation museum at Felts Field We kindly ask NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY AT A TIME. If you're looking for a waterfront home on one of the most beautiful rivers anywhere, without breaking the bank, look no farther. The setting is epic. The house is so charming. The check in was so easy. The host was gracious and available. Fire pit was amazing. Beds super comfy. Highly recommend.

Like a Boutique Hotel Our family adored this charming and well loved property on the Spokane River for my daughter’s college graduation. Although small in appearance from the outside, this home utilized both indoor and outdoor space brilliantly. The sunken living room was cozy and afforded many conversation areas for our family. The amenities here (e.g. the cozy towels, utensils, well appointed kitchen, coffee selection, smore skewers and fire pit) made this feel like a boutique hotel. The outdoor space was lovely, as were the plantings and hardscaping, overlooking the River and birdlife, including ducks and eagles. You will love this home!!!

Great on the river house We loved our weekend at this adorable house. They did such a cute renovation & thought of everything! So many spaces for hanging out - loved the fire pit & kayaks. Would definitely come back. It was perfect for extended family gathering for graduation weekend!

Beautiful home on the river Home and property were excellent. Beautifully decorated, great kitchen. Outdoor fire pit by the river was a highlight as well as the outdoor patio. Great communication with the owners.
