What wonderful hosts! Beautiful accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonia, Ilia & Michele. Ilia recommended great restaurants, beaches & places to visit & sorted a car for us. So glad we found this beautiful place to make our stay in Milo’s just perfect. Don’t hesitate - get booked. Rm 1 has a beautiful large terrace with sun loungers

What a great place to stay for a trip to Milos. This is truly a family-run business, and what a kind, helpful family it is. From the start, we were welcomed by Mom, Dad, and their son. I received text messages weeks before my stay asking how they could make my trip great, and that was just the beginning. The son, Ilian, was more than helpful as he booked us restaurants and an incredible boat tour. We rented a car, and everything we wanted to get to was no more than a 20-minute drive. Ilian always provided an excellent itinerary, including times to be at each spot to avoid crowds or wind, which can get heavy there. The resort itself was also fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was relaxing. A light breakfast was included every day as well. As for the location, it was a pleasant 7-minute walk to the central part of town, and we would absolutely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I had the best stay there. The atmosphere was so nice, with a swimming pool and beautiful rooms. Antonia is the best hostess we ever met, we were like kings there. She has the kindness of a mom, she helped us for all the problems we encountered. Thank you again for everything Antonia we miss you and hope to see you again soon, take care !! Highly recommend this hotel! Walking distance to town, nice spacious room. Antonia and her son are such great hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed - we traveled with a 1 and 4 yo,crib was provided. My daughter loved the pool!

I’m so glad we stayed at Fantasy Rooms, I cannot fault it and will definitely be going back! The hosts Antonia and Michele are so kind and welcoming. Michele picked us up from the port as soon as our boat arrived, he also dropped us off when we left. They are very accommodating and make you feel at home! We were confused on how to operate the shower (completely our fault as we were using the wrong tap!) and Michele came over within 1 minute to help. You can tell they have put a lot of care and love into the apartments, they are very well designed and have everything you need. Toastie maker was so useful and we used many times! The garden and pool area is so relaxing, a great place to refresh after a busy day of exploring the island. The town of Adamas is only 10 minutes (flat) walk so very easy to get about. Thank you Anotinia and Michele for a great stay!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Beautiful, idyllic, quiet location (just 10 min flat walk to Adamas centre). The owners were so kind, helpful and warm! We were picked up & dropped off for free by the ferry port which was also great. The room was very big with a good kitchen space (fridge and toastie maker!). Bed was super comfortable. Also really enjoyed the stone artwork (made by one of the owners) around the room and poolside. The pool is quiet and relaxing and there is a little bar next to the pool to enjoy a beer or 2.
