Definitely wont visit this terrible place again.
First, its state that security bond can be pay by cash on Trip.com, but the reception told me they don’t accept cash, its only can be paying by credit card. She ask for my card details and CVC for record!
Second, I book a double bed and king bed apartment from Trip.com, when i checked in they told me they don’t have this kind of room!

Service was good we reach at 12 and the receptionwas close the they send the guy wo do all the process of check-in which was great, but there were cockroaches in the toilet.

Very quiet area. Good room. Smaller pool than expected. Service at reception twice not there and we had to wait. Easy to get to the Center with public transport.

Rooms was dirty and unhygienic. For the price it was very disappointing.
Service was rude, unhelpful and lacked in every way possible.
After booking online with *********** and pre-paying, upon arrival they tell me that I had not paid and when I pushed the point, showing statement of money paid, they tell me they haven’t received it from booking agent.
They ask for $200 deposit- security.
However will not accept cash, and want to draw the funds from your account.
Therefore a reimbursement, takes upto 7 days to receive. When u asked for a receipt for the deposit, they hand write a note and did not provide receipt.

The check in was straightforward. The room was better equipped than expected. Secure underground parking onsite was convenient. Would stay again if in the area.
