Nice and clean

It’s great place and nice people and service for my staying here 2 nights. I will be here next time!

The hotel is quite quiet, but breakfast is not included when booking the room, so you need to pay extra. There are no restaurants nearby, so you need to take a taxi to go out, which is not very convenient.

I stayed an extra day for some reason, but it turns out that American hotels require a deposit even if you extend your stay.

The shower was too basic, there was only one bottle of free drinking water, the safe was locked and I had to ask the front desk to unlock it.

The hotel has a great view and the rooms are clean and tidy. But the suite we booked is located next to the highway. The noise is very loud and the sound insulation effect is not good.

Stayed for two nights. On the first night, there was a sudden power outage. I went to the front desk to inquire, but they just said that the nearby area had a sudden power outage and I didn't know when it would be restored. I could only wait. The front desk staff did not express any apology for the disturbance and inconvenience caused to the guests. At least a hypocritical sorry is better than saying nothing. The hotel did not provide any explanation or remedial measures. I was surprised that the chain hotel was so unprepared for the emergency response to the sudden situation. On the second night, the wireless network suddenly disappeared. Fortunately, I only stayed for two nights. If I stayed for the third night, I don't know what would disappear. I will never stay here again. This is the first and last time. If you are a tourist who goes to the Sheraton brand, I strongly do not recommend it. After all, there are still many choices of hotels in the Bay Area. There is no need to spend money to suffer!

The room is very good, clean and hygienic

This is an old hotel, probably built 50 or 60 years ago. The facilities are very old and outdated, but it is cheap and clean. After all, it is a five-star hotel. It is a good choice when you can't book a decent hotel in Silicon Valley.

The hotel overcharged me by US$757.23, and the deposit at the time was US$75. The hotel front desk informed me of the mistake and assured me that it would be refunded in the same way, but I only received a refund of US$75. This amount of 757.23 has not been refunded!

Clean and comfortable. Convenient location. The check in and check out process is easy.

Very satisfied, you can see the swimming pool when you open the balcony door.
