The Gainer home is filled with mystery and suspicious claims surrounding the owner, Aubrey Gainers passing. This home also has a large balcony overlooking the town and views of the river which is perfect for sunbathing. Every Friday night, they host Bands on Blackwater, which is a family event; so bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the show and array of food trucks! For all the outdoor adventurer’s, Milton has a ton to offer. Located right on the Blackwater River, you can enjoy canoeing and tubing for an all day excursion. Carpenters park is another point of interest that offers a family friendly atmosphere with a playground, splash pads, and it has boat launch to get you out on the Blackwater River.
