Excellent hotel, great location as this walking distance from the Centre MK mall which is full of shops, restaurants and activities for kids. We enjoyed our stay after our stopover at Silverstone.

Absolutely fantastic, from check in to check out. The staff were so friendly and I got a room upgrade for free. I can highly recommend this hotel. Only disappointing thing was I did go for breakfast as lt looked amazing

This the third time time I have stayed at this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my office.  The reception staff are miserable unwelcoming confrontational and at times rude. They are unhelpful as well. Seriously????!!!! In the times of good customer service and customer experience being high on guests expectation's, this hotel and its front of house team let the hotel down consistently

Really quick and easy check in. Very clean hotel, booked the standard double bed and single bed room. The room was a good size and had nice comfortable beds. In a great location right next to the HUB, where there are a bunch of bars and restaurants. There's a lot of paid parking outside the hotel.

The bed was so uncomfortable it gave me backache. Im a member and wasn't given late checkout out very disappointed. When we checked in the lady never told us where the restaurant is or anything about the hotel. Very disappointed.

Kidda old hotel, staff members are generally cheerful. Though not great, everything is ok. Breakfast was just ok.
