"I stayed at the Tingbo Hotel for a business trip, and my entire experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling. The hotel features a new Chinese palace-style design, with palace lanterns in the lobby, ink-wash screens, and antique ornaments creating an elegant and atmospheric ambiance. You can take beautiful photos everywhere. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhou and Xiao Sun, were warm and patient. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively informed me about the breakfast and laundry room locations, responding promptly to any needs. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the cleaning was meticulous, with every corner spotless. The equipment was easy to use. The mattress was just right, paired with buckwheat pillows, and the double-layered soundproofing made the room exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring excellent rest quality. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were high-quality. There was a tea set and tea bags by the window, making it very pleasant to brew tea during leisure time. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, including pastries, hot congee, and local specialty noodles, with a full range of flavors. The hotel also provides a 24-hour self-service laundry room, a gym, and free parking, so the facilities are comprehensive. The location is convenient for getting around, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The value for money is exceptional, and I will definitely choose Tingbo again on my next visit to the area."

"My stay this time was absolutely delightful! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was incredibly fast. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft I slept wonderfully. The bathroom facilities were clean and odor-free, with plenty of hot water. The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. The soundproofing was also excellent; I couldn't hear any corridor noise at all. It offers great value for money, with attention to detail in service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommended!"

"1. I booked a room for 280 yuan a night. The room hygiene was particularly poor, especially the bathroom which had urine stains and a strong, unpleasant odor. The front desk staff later helped me switch rooms, but the new bathroom still wasn't cleaned properly – there was a urine smell and uncleaned cigarette ash. The restaurant service was especially bad: Firstly, there were no options, and the food variety was pitifully small. What's more, once something ran out, it wasn't refilled. The elderly staff serving noodles were also quite uncouth; it felt like their spit was going into the pot when they spoke, and they gave you a dirty look if you asked for more. Even before I finished my meal, the waitstaff started clearing the dishes. 2. The breakfast was terrible for 38 yuan per person, definitely not worth it. Specifically: -1. Dishes: Hot dishes: Only one stir-fry: chili with shredded pork. Cold dishes: None. Pickles: A few varieties. -2. Fruits: Sun Muscat grapes and cut dragon fruit that looked visibly old. -3. Porridge: White rice porridge that tasted like it had starch and baking soda added. -4. Staples: Generally of average quality. (Steamed items specifically: diced sweet potato, glutinous corn, frozen steamed dumplings, frozen siu mai, fried rice, fried noodles. Freshly cooked noodles: The portion was extremely small, minced pork and wood ear mushroom noodles. Note: Breakfast hours were 7:39-9:30. After 9 AM, the fried rice, fried noodles, and the only stir-fry were gone and never refilled.) -5. Drinks: Milk: Very watered down and thin. Soy milk: Tasted like it was made from soy milk powder, with a strange texture. Summary: The front desk staff's service attitude was exceptionally good. This was the only positive aspect of this hotel."

We initially thought it would be a cheap guesthouse for a rest stop on our way home, but it turned out to be a resort villa nestled by a pool, where egrets occasionally flew by. The room was fully equipped and elegantly decorated. The bedding was clean, soft, and comfortable. Most importantly, the hotel staff were warm and attentive. In addition, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, we were very satisfied."
