Aloft Milwaukee Downtown

I would not know - never went. I made the reservation and within 2 minutes attempted to cancel so I could put in the correct date as I entered the wrong date. I am still fighting with Trip.com and the hotel

I loved the view, the valet parking was convenient but wish I didn’t have to use it. Parking would be difficult without it tho so much appreciated. I liked the thoughtful noise machine as it was quite loud on the main streets late night, but the hotel was great the view of the river and everything walkable was fantastic I’d stay again.

The location of the hotel was in close proximity (5-minute walking distance) to the venue we were attending at the Fiserv Forum. There were many restaurants within close proximity to the hotel as well. The room was just ok. The bathroom door in the room was broken, and the hotel could use some updates. We did not have much interaction with the front desk, but staff was polite during check in/ out. Valet was pleasant and offered to help assist with bags. Overall, the say was nice given the reason for the visit. I would not stay there for more than a weekend, because the hotel is downtown and you hear sirens all day.

Stayed here on NYE and went to the Bucks game at Fiserv. Location was perfect and we even got to see fireworks next door. Facilities were updated and modern, we really enjoyed our stay!

Good experience, room was clean. Issues with shower head / hand shower (leaked, not all sprays functioned, only source of water in shower)

The hotel needs an upgrade. It’s run down. All cars need to be valet which is inconvenient and expensive.

Well laid out rooms. Clean space. Convenient to everything downtown and to free bar shuttles to AmFam Field.

The room was facing the river and the traffic over the bridge made it sound like you were next to a race track. It was so loud sleep was impossible. I was charged twice for my room and it’s still unresolved. Have called and emailed multiple times.

Staff kept complaining they were over worked and had to work extended shifts. The valet service took forever, and it’s $52/night. I kept getting charged to my security deposit card instead of the card I booked with and was told it was a system issue with ******* (who is a “third party”). Eventually everything got resolved, but it was annoying having to constantly go back to correct the situation. Hours after checking out, about to board my flight, I got alerted that the charged posted on my security deposit card again and had to call it in.
