Home2 Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Downtown

All good, but they don't give back deposit. They said 3-5 working day but naver pay. What's going on

This is the second time I have started at this exact location. This is in back to back years. For the second time we had no AC. For the second time we were only offered a box fan. When asked about making this right, I was offered travel points on future stays. The hotel could not make it right, but ******* did. I will not stay here again unless I am guaranteed a room with working AC.

Ac wasn’t working. Called twice. First time said it was fixed had to use the controls on the unit not the thermostat. That didn’t work. Room Never got below 72.

The hotel was nice but the problem is at check in we were told it was from 7-10 along with a lot of other people. They started shutting it down at 9. The sign in breakfast area says it’s over at 9 so staff told everyone wrong time. Then there was a homeless guy sleeping and drolling at breakfast which was disgusting. Elevator stopped working during our stay. I know things happen but still aggravating.

Our stay was wonderful! Nice big rooms, clean, and very friendly staff. This is my new go to hotel downtown.

This hotel seems to be in a prime location and right next to the "Public Market" which was a hit and super packed on the weekend. Because of it's location it is rather busy but with all of that everything was really clean and organized. We had a great stay. My only recommendation is that the property invest in more luggage carts. I waited 30 minutes for a luggage cart. My check out was late because by the time I got a luggage cart and loaded the car it was already passed check out time. I started looking for a luggage cart at 9:30 am and had the car finally loaded at 11:10.

My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay over here. I also asked front desk to have my room cleaned but they never got to it. Until the last day obviously they started cleaning it. But other than that I give it to Jordan for making my stay more comfortable.
