Nightmare Experience – Avoid at All Costs We booked several rooms at Le Tournant Hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. The rooms were dirty and clearly used, the beds had not been changed, and the covers were disgusting. The worst part was the bathroom – the water had a horrible smell, and when we complained, staff admitted it’s a known problem. Yet they refused to cancel our reservation. This is nothing but a scam. Not recommended at all – avoid this place!

Kitchen smell everywhere and very disgusting at restaurant and cafe entrance, sofas not so clean in restaurant and in challet, challet not equipped with water and coffee sachets.

The hotel was disgusting!! I was so disappointed! We had a room where we found wood mite! In the same room, the bed sheets were dirty, yellow!!!! unchanged!!! Even the table wasn’t cleaned! We called the front desk and had the room changed! The sheets in the other room were clean but the toilets stink! The manager knew about the whole situation! He said they will offer us the breakfast to make it up! We didn’t get anything! Honestly, it was the worst experience ever do not recommend! And it’s far from the center
