The people of Gunma provided incredibly attentive service, and I truly experienced a wonderful sense of human connection. The warm staff and the impeccably clean facilities made for a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located next to the Tone River, and the sound of the river was incredibly soothing. The buffet quality was excellent, and the hot springs changed between morning and evening – it was a perfect place to stay!

Because I was not satisfied with the hotel I stayed in the day before. When I arrived at Jule, I was greeted with coffee and snacks. There were buffets in the morning and evening. The style and taste were very good. There was also a concert at 7:30 in the evening. The whole thing felt very comfortable.

I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I was worried that the place might be old and outdated, but the repairs, maintenance, and cleaning were all done well, and I had a comfortable stay. I think it was all thanks to the hard work and service-mindedness of all the staff. The amenities were also excellent and I thought it was wonderful. The food was so good that I wanted to have everything. The coffee from the coffee machine was delicious, and I was able to adjust the air conditioning in the room to my comfort level. There was also an air purifier, so it was a very comfortable stay. I would like to use this inn again if I'm in the area.

There is free flow, and they also offer a wide range of services such as beer and ice cream after the bath. The staff were very friendly, and I would definitely like to stay here again.

I think it's a good place to reset. It's nice that you can drink as much as you want from check-in to check-out. I came by car, so it was a shame that I couldn't drink in the morning. It can't be helped because of the location, but the roads are narrow when you come by car, and the Joetsu Line runs right there, so if you are worried about the sound of freight trains at night, it might be better not to go to the river side. I love trains, so I was very satisfied.

The all-inclusive service is good. You can drink drinks, including alcohol, almost 24 hours a day. The hotel is spacious and clean, and even if there are many guests, you don't meet them very often. The rooms are spacious and clean, and you rarely hear noises from the hallways or the next room. There is only one dining area on the 7th floor, but it is spacious, has a wide variety of dishes, is elegantly seasoned, and you can enjoy the live kitchen. In the evening, you can enjoy artists' performances in the lounge. Of course, there is also a hot spring. The hot spring changes depending on the time for men and women, and there is an open-air bath on the first floor, so you can relax while listening to the sound of the river flowing nearby, or relax in the indoor cypress bath. The hotel's shop opens at 8:00, so if you check out early, please purchase something on the day of arrival. There are many famous and local products from Juraku and Gunma Prefecture. Children can also enjoy the game center and rental games.

We went with my daughter, who will soon be 2 years old, and my grandparents! Just like last time, all the staff greeted us with smiles and kindness, so we felt good from the start. Also, this time was the 100th anniversary, so we were able to enjoy the free flow at any time! Personally, I was disappointed that the ramen shop was closed at night lol I will definitely come again!

The buffet at Minakami Juraku has a wide variety of dishes for both dinner and breakfast, and they are all delicious. This is my second time here, and it lived up to my expectations! The snowy scenery from the window in the morning is amazing.

It seems that alcohol will be free from March, so I'm looking forward to making a reservation again! No matter when I come, the hospitality is the same.

This was my first time staying at Mizukami Juraku, but it was pretty good. The view from the window was nice because it was on a hill. The food was also great, with a buffet of whatever you wanted.
