"Even though it is not a dog-friendly hotel, it was very dog-friendly and comfortable. You can bring your dog into the restaurant and sleep in the room without being tied down. You can even use the bed, which is a bit unusual for other hotels, so I was surprised by Chat. My dog can be a bit clingy, so this service was great. I'm sure my dog was happy and felt at ease while staying there. I'm very grateful. The private bath is big enough for a family to use, but the floor is tiled, so it was a bit disappointing that it was cold underfoot in winter. The food was Italian. We were served appetizers, pasta, pizza, steak, dessert, focaccia, and drinks, and I was already full. It was also very delicious. I was very satisfied."

"This is my most satisfying private onsen (hot spring) hotel in Japan. It's just over an hour's drive from Osaka, situated on Awaji Island with beautiful seaside scenery and a very grand atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Osaka."
