"Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station."

"Facilities: Standard Japanese tatami room, well-maintained facilities. Environment: Beachfront view from the window, convenient for enjoying the scenery and going to the beach. Service: Staff include both Japanese and Chinese people, excellent service, and delicious breakfast."

"The room is new and big, and should have been newly decorated. As for food, you have to enjoy it in the lobby, both breakfast and dinner are good. The staff are also attentive and polite. Although their English communication is not very good, they will try their best to help."

"It was nice to see the beach right in front of me, and the inside of the hostel was neat, but the bathroom seems a bit old~ I was satisfied with the rest because I wanted to see the sea!"

"If you look for a nice quiet place for a relaxing stay, this is a superb ryokan in the area that I would recommend. The ryokan building is beautifully decorated, despite its age. I particularly appreciate the sincere service from the manager and hosts. You can rely on them to take care of your stay. They could also provide pick-up and drop-off service at Utsumi Station. Dinner and breakfast were well-prepared with natural ingredients. Not only are they delicious but also presented nicely. The lobby also provides complimentary drinks and snacks - you can enjoy a little footbath there with a glass of whiskey and some nuts. Of course you cannot miss the marvellous scenery of the beach. The only downside is the public onsen bath was a little small. But in general we loved the stay."

"海が目の前で本当に素敵なロケーション！ 内海は地元で県外からの帰省ですが、今回は敢えて海沿いに宿泊する事にしました。 お隣りのPEACE TREEで遊ぶための宿泊です。 お風呂、温泉はぬるめでしたが夏日だった為お気遣いかもしれません。 朝食時には、まだムチムチにもならない程小さな赤ちゃん連れのご夫婦がいらして、籠のベビーベッドが用意されていました。これは館のご配慮だったようで素敵なサービスすぎます！早速赤ちゃんのいる夫婦にオススメしました。 また宿泊します！"
