It is a feature of Quito that hotels are built in old and large houses. Meanwhile, the reason I had to assess in 4 stars if it was for the negligence of the staff part where they used my reservation, which was $10 more expensive (and already cancelled within the time limit) The Commission has not made the very important and mad for $10 but it has to be careful of the small details, especially if great flexibility is to be allowed. Because of my high tiredness, I did not even realize at the time, but I stranged the value and then I went to compare the number of the reservation and there I identified the error. However, adjusting small details, it can be considered an excellent request, mainly for the quality delivered of the rooms in relation to the price.

We are leaving for other parts of the country today but really enjoyed my 4 nights here. Mainly local business people - I didn't see any tourists at hotel. But very comfortable - rooms are small but good wifi, lots of outlets, and plenty of hot water. Located about 1/2 hour taxi ride from Ciudad Historico and walking distance to Mariscal. Good breakfast provided each morning. Adrian at front desk was kind enough to get a driver for us for a couple of days to leave the city. They do have a small gym as well. I hope the next places we stay in Banos, Cuenca, and Guayaquil are as nice as this.

I highly recommend staying at the NH Quito hotel. The service is excellent and the food is of very good quality. Dinner-Chef Jonnathan personally serves guests at their table and all three meals during the week were excellent. The dedication and hard work of the entire staff is evident in the effort they put into making guests feel at home. The pillows are great and the room service is also very good.

Location Location Location it has the best location in Quito. Many restaurants and coffees are around . Clean area . Staff are friendly and helpful and the service is excellent.
