"First, the hygiene was poor. The dust on the tabletops and hair dryer was visibly thick and visible. Then, the towels and sheets were black and stiff, likely from years of use and beyond washing. Visually, they made you not want to use them; it's best to bring your own disposable items. Finally, the most unsatisfactory aspect was the breakfast. When we arrived, the staff didn't mention breakfast hours or give us breakfast vouchers. We assumed it was the usual 8-10 am hours in Xinjiang. We arrived a few minutes before 9:30 am, and the place was already empty. The staff said it ended at 9:30 am and the chef had already left. Later, we went to the front desk, and they admitted their mistake in not giving us breakfast vouchers, but offered no further action. When the chef came out, they only gave us two boiled eggs, nothing else. The breakfast service was extremely poor. First, they said the chef had left, so there was no one to cook and they couldn't replenish the food. When the chef came back, they didn't offer to replenish the dishes; if you couldn't eat, it was because you were late. First, I didn't know they ended at 9:30 am; second, I arrived before 9:30 am, even if it was only two minutes late, but they just ignored me, and there was nothing left to eat."

"I came here with friends and booked several rooms at Hoshino Resorts – it was definitely the right choice! The biggest surprise was the large garden they created specifically for the accommodations, complete with lawns, trees, and a terrace – the environment was absolutely wonderful. We chatted and drank tea in the garden in the evenings, enjoying the breeze – it was so much more pleasant than staying in our rooms. The rooms were all unique; all the rooms we stayed in were very clean, with comfortable bedding and great natural light. Some had large balconies with garden views right outside the door; others had very stylish designs, perfect for taking photos. The owner was also very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything. We were all very satisfied with our stay and will definitely choose this place again next time. I highly recommend it to friends traveling together!"
