SSteve177This hotel is about my first choice whenever I need to book a hotel in Fuzhou. This is third time and the experience is just as before, excellent. I will surely come back the fourth time. Friendly front desk, perfect location and clean. The breakfast is also ideal with both western and chinese style cuisine. The hotel is sure a value for the money. Highly recommended.

It is very convenient for our needs, because our family lives near by(the hotel is not in central Fuzhou, if that is what you are looking for). It is close to many shops and restaurants and services, as well as a number of parks. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed, had ample storage for our extended stay, and had a fridge and electric kettle( no microwave). We enjoyed the lovely 20 meter lap pool, well equipped gym, and restaurant ( weekend buffet special and breakfast). The staff was courteous and usually helpful. We did request a repair of the ventilation fan in the bathroom, but it did not happen. We stayed here during the month of March , when the temp varied a lot. We were too warm on a few nights, and when we asked about making the room cooler, a fan was provided. I’m not sure why the AC wasn’t working-maybe it was too early in the season. We would stay here again! Great value for what would be a 4 star hotel in the US.

SSumu_SHOur room was very spacious and comfortable. We loved having the private hot spring right in our room, which meant we didn't have to share with anyone and could soak at our leisure. The room also came with complimentary outdoor hot spring tickets for 2 adults and 1 child. We were fortunate to visit when it wasn't crowded at all. The only minor inconvenience was that I forgot my swimsuit and had to purchase one there.

EE3252****This was my second stay here. I booked over a month in advance for the music festival, and Brother Wei arranged a room with an excellent view for me. The shuttle driver's service was also very good. The only issue was the road closures for the music festival, which made finding parking difficult and getting around by shuttle after checking in quite inconvenient, as I had to transfer vehicles. After the music festival ended in the evening, I explored the scenic area and almost got lost, thankfully a young man pointed me in the right direction. Overall, it was still a great experience!

MM10897****The front desk is very polite. The lighting design in the house is very good. It is clean, hygienic and comfortable. The floor is high, so the view is great. There is also free parking on the ground, and there are parking spaces even during the Spring Festival. They also gave me a snack when I left. When I got home, it was so salty that I ate it. It was really delicious! There is also a washing machine that can wash clothes for free, and a clothes drying rack for drying, which is really good.

SShizimaoqiuqiuCtrip is the closest hotel to Yueshui Town. Because the car cannot enter Yueshui Town, it is not convenient to live in the scenic area, so I chose this hotel. The room is spacious, the parking is convenient, the breakfast is average, the health is not good enough, and there are cigarette butt stains in the elevator.

AAnonymous UserThe tire of the car parked at the hotel was punctured at night. It was found that a foreign object had entered. The hotel said that they could not do anything. I asked to see the surveillance camera, but the property management had a bad attitude and asked me to call 110 before they would let me see it. It was a very unpleasant experience. I hope to be compensated. Repair the car.

XXiaoyaoniniThe facilities are rather old, and as some netizens have mentioned, it is indeed a bit noisy, especially the room doors, which have no door cushioning, making a loud noise every time you step out. The hallway is also completely uninsulated. I especially want to complain about breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to be at 9:30, but when I arrived at 9:00, the staff loudly announced they were closing up shop. They started clearing away many plates, completely disregarding the guests still seated. This was the first time I'd encountered such service.
