The B&B is located in a high-rise building, and the scenery outside the window is very good. The overall experience is very good, and I almost didn't have time to get up the next day. I've been visiting Fujian for the past few days. The owner of this restaurant is friendly and communicative. It's the best one I've encountered in the past few days. I must give it a thumbs up. 👍

雖然寫的24年開的民宿，實際上就是公寓改建的房間，已經有些年份了。把Loft小複式改成兩個房間，兩個房間同一個大門進出，樓層隔板又很薄，所以0隔音，剛好住我們樓上的客人通宵不睡覺，走路聲音都聽到，就很折騰人了。沖涼房設計不太合理，一個掛鈎都沒有，衣服都沒地方放，花灑頭還壞了。然後陽台洗衣機有滿滿一缸污水，不知道多久沒清潔，還有小強出沒。有一説一，的確聽不到馬路上的聲音，陽台看出去風景不錯。

可以，性價比可以，樓下就是萬達，交通吃喝都很方便，還可以免費停車，真的很不錯，點贊點贊！也有一次性洗護用品，不錯。

公寓一套隔開獨立幾間房的，房間雖小，但設備齊全，還有個封閉的陽台，房間乾淨衞生。車停在地下室，但衹能免費進出一次。

設施：最開始投影開不起來，照工作人員微信上説的做還是沒開起來，後面工作人員來了發現電源開關沒開，還挺即時，後面發現遙控沒用，也就不折騰了，反正也不怎麼看。衞生間格局不是常規的。隔壁好像是個商場，沒去逛，樓下環境還過得去。床也挺好的睡的蠻舒服。還有個陽台，陽台上有個矮桌子和坐墊，就是坐墊單薄了點。房間有洗衣機和冰箱，都沒使用，有需要的話還是挺好的。
衞生：總體衞生還可以
