The customer service was excellent; they addressed any issues immediately, and they even asked beforehand if we needed housekeeping. The door has a smart lock, and there's also a chain inside. I tried it out, and once it's on, you can only open the door a tiny crack, and you have to press a button on the inside to unlatch it. I thought that was a pretty good feature.
