總體評價很一般，衹有一點好處就是在閩越水鎮景點隔壁。網上留的地圖位置定位是打車用的，自駕車導航很難找到位置，找了大半天。攜程訂的房價比現場前台訂貴幾十塊錢，第二天住別的酒店就直接到前台訂了。

環境很好窗台可以看到景區全貌，各項設施齊全，廁所乾濕分離，還有小廚房和陽台。空調冷氣十足就是上下吹風葉片有點遲鈍。床品相對乾淨，有一床被子腳有一些黃點點，其他較好

正月初一和女兒一起來福州旅行，前台服務態度很好，不知道是因為房間通風問題，還是衞生間清潔不到位，開門一走進來，就有一股味道，想了好久感覺應該是尿騷味。景區很熱鬧，體驗感也很好。

定這家店原來是為了它離邊上水鎮入口很近，同時房間費用還包含了雙人門票及演出票。到了店裡發現環境衞生十分乾淨，設備很新，床單被子很乾凈。前台小姐姐服務態度真好，問她問題都十分細緻的回答我。有一個小細節，在前台窗邊可以看到大部景區裏面，包括表演。

離着閩越水鎮很近，走過去很近，房間在26樓，晚上夜景很好，房間配有冰箱，衞生也可以，停車很方便，值得入住

前台拿房卡進了房間沒多久，因為前台的失誤又給別人開了我們相同的房間，然後別人刷卡進來了，，，他們開門那會把我們嚇一跳，如果這會有人在換衣服什麼的呢怎麼辦？跨年回來房間門刷卡怎麼也打不開，無奈又下樓找了前台，他們過來看説是門鎖沒電了，，這也就算了，熱水器説是要開半個小時才能熱，我們開了快一個小時水還是涼的，我懷疑他們根本沒有熱水，為什麼呢，因為房間裏都沒有吹風機！！！沒錯，沒有吹風機，我門櫃子裏衞生間四處都找了，，後面因為水也沒熱就沒洗澡洗頭了，，吃相真難看，一晚可是378啊
