性價比較低，房間衞生差，枕套小的套不進整個枕頭，房間插頭很少有能用的，樓梯燈是不亮的，隔音是沒有的，晚上十一點能聽到隔壁的腳步聲，建議膽大的住，民宿主人不是很用心經營，同價位今天在晉安區住的高檔型酒店商務大床，對比明顯

樓層比較高，可以看到江景，密碼自助入住，房間也好找，裏面的東西不會雜亂，放置有序，燈光開了以後給人很温馨的感覺，床鋪我感覺還是很衞生的！而且床墊很舒服！衞生間通風換氣的效果好，下水道不會反味兒。屋子裡感覺沒有黴味兒之類的怪味，可以的！

民宿很有家的感覺，衞生乾淨捏，空氣清新，被窩軟軟噠，被子夠厚，沒有異味也沒有亂七八糟的污漬。和圖片一樣的房間，視野也很好，晚上可以看夜景，房東姐姐人炒温柔，有需求馬上解決，愛了愛了💓💓💓

民宿很寶藏，投影儀很清晰，還有提供會員，床很大，兩個人睡根本沒覺得擠，房間雖然是複式的但是裝修得很寬闊的感覺，沒有壓抑感，色彩也是簡單温和，真的很好可沖！

姐們妹民宿衞生條件好！浴巾很乾凈，拖鞋新，床鋪也舒適，拍照超級出片！！和朋友在這裏過生日，隔音也很棒不用擔心吵到鄰居！樓下有家燒烤店味道很不錯而且可以免費送到房間門口！！推薦推薦！！

房間總體還算滿意，第一次住這家店，就性價比來説不會覺得自己虧了，入住退房都很方便，直接和房東手機上聯繫就可以。空調熱水器挺給力的，想小住的朋友可以考慮這家。打車比較方便。給好評。
