位置就在正榮財富中心附近，紫光小鎮對面，交通覓食都很便利，由於對氣味比較敏感，進入樓層及房間時發現有異味，前台小香耐心詢問緣由並幫我更換房間，上樓過程禮賓也主動給我提供幫助，但是樓層服務非常一般，兩次發現房間有異味，給我的感覺是清潔不到位的拖把拖過樓梯口和房間內外的味道，類似嘔吐過的殘留味，給人感覺很不好，我直接在樓道犯惡心，有兩個大姐就在邊上各忙各的看見客人就跟沒看見似的，後面換了個樓層，我需要凈化器，給我送凈化器的服務員衹是問了一句：是你要凈化器嗎，我答覆對後，她放下就走了，也沒教我如何使用，這就是對客人應有的服務態度？難道不應該幫我把東西配進去再把開關開好嗎？還好前台的小香送房卡上來時幫我打開了凈化器。房間設施智能，語音喚醒➕語音開關電視，不過房間杯子清潔不到位，玻璃杯看到了清晰脣印…… 中午在2樓餐廳用餐，脆皮烤鴨很好吃，但是石橄欖鮑魚湯，那個鮑魚沒有泡開根本咬不斷。 不得不説前台服務比較好，白天有在解釋説明異味情況，晚上去前台詢問旅遊攻略也是有問必答。 第二天也吃了早餐，明檔工作人員也會耐心解答，自助形式中西結合，有熱菜、麪包可頌、咖啡機雜糧機還有果味飲品，選擇了撈化還可以加鹵汁或者肉汁還有小菜，唯一的建議就是：如果有牙線就更好了。 綜合建議:客房服務意識不夠，員工基本沒有服務，需要加強員工培訓。

Hotel service is good, the environment is clean, well-equipped, suitable for business trips, the hotel's breakfast is also good, Chinese and Western combination, travel is also very convenient, go out and turn left is the subway station, and there is a shopping mall pedestrian street, very good, eat and drink ～

This is our second stay at the Coli. It is very convenient for our needs, because our family lives near by(the hotel is not in central Fuzhou, if that is what you are looking for). It is close to many shops and restaurants and services, as well as a number of parks. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed,  had ample storage for our extended stay, and had a fridge and electric kettle( no microwave). We enjoyed the lovely 20 meter lap pool, well equipped gym, and  restaurant ( weekend buffet special and breakfast). The staff was courteous and  usually helpful. We did request a repair of the ventilation fan in the bathroom, but it did not happen. We stayed here during the month of March , when the temp varied a lot.  We were  too warm on a few nights,  and when we asked about making the room cooler, a fan was provided. I’m not sure why the AC wasn’t working-maybe it was too early in the season. We would stay here again! Great value for what would be a 4 star hotel in the US.

The room is clean and spacious, the twin bed is soft 🛏️ The log wind is warm and stylish, the lighting is superb 🌞 New facilities, smart toilet, big TV, too comfortable to live~ There are also intimate little surprises 🎁 Check-in received a small gift box of snacks, dry cakes, small breads, etc., sweet to the heart, the handwritten card is super warm 💌 The lobby robot is super cute, and the sense of technology is full 🤖 The service is nothing to say, the front desk lady is gentle and enthusiastic, what needs to respond in seconds~ Come to Fujian to live here, a proper treasure experience, next time I will choose it ✨

2025 年初新開業的全季，設施很新，房間很大，細節很到位。吹風機改進了，終於可以不用自帶吹風機了。早餐豐盛，水果很新鮮噢！早餐的環境也很好。總之性價比挺高！前台人員很熱情，服務周到。

一次完美的住宿體驗，從預訂到退房，整個過程都非常愉快。跟網上圖片一樣，設施很新，房間比照片上看着更加温馨舒適，床品親膚柔軟，軟硬適中，配套的洗浴產品都很新，非常衞生，可見老闆對入住體驗的高質量要求，房間還贈送了礦泉水，很貼心，入住指引也很清晰，這個價位性價比非常高，管家服務很好，經常能得到即時迴應，下次有機會來福州還會來入住!

This time I went out to Fuzhou with my girlfriend. I happened to have a classmate here to go to college. The classmate recommended to stay at this hotel. This hotel experience exceeded expectations! First of all, the service is very intimate, the front desk check-in is fast, the staff always smiles, take the initiative to help with luggage, and also carefully introduces the surrounding food and transportation routes, which makes people feel warm. The sanitation of the hotel is very good, the beds in the rooms are clean, the floor is bright, the bathroom has no smell, the towels and bath towels are clean, and it is particularly safe to live. The facilities are also perfect, the room is equipped with a comfortable big bed, smart TV and high-speed WiFi, air conditioning and cooling effect is good, the hot water supply in the bathroom is stable. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, the view outside the window is wide, and the rest is very comfortable at night. The parking lot has plenty of space, convenient parking, and free parking for in-house guests, which is very friendly for people traveling by car. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective, both the service and the facilities are satisfactory, and I will choose to stay next time!

I brought my kids to Fuzhou for the May Day holiday and arrived at the hotel late at night. Deputy Manager Zheng arranged a quiet room for me. Although the room was not on a very high floor, it was very quiet and had a good view. The hotel breakfast was also OK. The hotel parking lot is large, so you don't have to worry about parking even if you travel during the May Day holiday. It's worth staying.

This hotel is really great! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out are very efficient. The location is super convenient, and there are all kinds of restaurants and shopping around. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good. The soundproofing effect is good, and it is quiet and undisturbed at night. The price-performance ratio is super high. I will choose here next time, and I highly recommend it!

The weather is particularly sunny today. There are large clouds outside the window. The sunshine shines into my room. I feel it quietly on the bed. The whole room was extremely quiet, as if isolated from the world. The bustle outside the window and door had nothing to do with me. This is what I particularly like about the hotel. The scenery is beautiful and the room is quiet. What's also worth boasting about is the equipment in the room, which is the best experience I've had in countless hotels. Fully intelligent thermostatic toilet, high-definition TV, and latex mattress with excellent experience. Green is a hotel I will choose again next time.
