The location is close to the light rail station. It is convenient to commute and transfer. It is also close to the school. It is very convenient to visit the campus. There is a 7 corner coffee nearby. The service staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The room was not cleaned the morning after the fourth night. The tip was not moved, maybe I forgot it, but fortunately, the room was kept very clean, the service staff were enthusiastic and kind, and overall I was quite satisfiedđ

We had a very nice room and the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel has a lot of character and charm. The attached lounge and restaurant was convenient and we enjoyed being able to have a drink there before ending the evening. Plan on staying there for all our adventures to the Minneapolis area!!!

The hotel is located next to the old train station in downtown Minneapolis. Eating is more convenient.
The interior decoration of the hotel is very old-fashioned. The bed is huge, especially high.
Very low value for money. There is almost nothing in the executive lounge.

The hotel is next to the university, with supermarkets and restaurants around, so life is quite convenient.
The room is clean and tidy. It was very clean when I checked in.
The facilities in the house are quite complete, but cooking is definitely not possible. There is a large microwave, a household refrigerator, and a garbage disposal in the sink. I didn't see any drinking water.
The thing worth complaining about is that there is basically nothing to eat for breakfast. In addition to egg custard, bread, and salty sausages, there is basically nothing else. It may not reach the level of a fast hotel in China, but fortunately, you can eat enough if you are not picky.

Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. Iâm glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Generally great area in the city center and pretty design!

It's okay. Asking the front desk to call a taxi is a trap. It's best to use Uber yourself. It's more reliable for us Chinese people.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a mustâI booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage Iâve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.
GGuest UserI actually got there later than I should have and was still able to get a room. They're very accommodating very friendly and I would definitely stay there again. There was great parking, even a good breakfast when most places aren't offering that right now. I definitely enjoyed my stay.
HHeatherAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didnât like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and canât wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!
GGuest UserFirst off, I was charged an extra âhistoric buildingâ fee when I checked in. When I questioned it, I was told it was because I didnât use their website to book. The room was ok, no hairdryer. There was an almost constant loud him coming from the bathroom wall. Nice view of the river but awakened at 4 am by people yelling and fighting somewhere. Restaurant only serves breakfast on weekends and we were unable to find any open places for breakfast within walking distance. Wasnât a terrible stay but I wouldnât go back.
SStanI would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would stay here again. It looked like it was newly renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is perfect , parking is in a garage across the street and many bars and restaurants are within waking distance. Very good value for money!
GGuest UserMy room wasnât cleaned after my first night of a two night stay. I had a note on the bed requesting an additional blanket so I never got that and the trash wasnât emptied. I also didnât like that there were not ice machines, I had to go to the bar to request a bucket of ice. On the positive said the lady at the check-in desk was super nice and helpful.
TTravel CatWe chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station, if not for that, I would choose a different location. I didnât feel comfortable walking around at night although nothing happened. The room was fine as to be expected from the Hilton hotels.
WWingMaryCheck in was ok... Although clerk stated they were full when we arrived after midnight and we had booked thru their Res Dept. Once she found out I was a diamond member she then changed her attitude! Pool is down due to some funk in the pool
Breakfast was so so, eggs were very salty! Coffee should be available all day but they only have it during breakfast hours, however, they will give you packets for your room but no creamer so I need to run over to Walmart to grab some!
KKimbrellI had to book a last-minute hotel due to a flight delay. This one was more budget friendly than the other options. It also had a free shuttle bus (that I believe runs 1 per hour). The hotel is a bit run down and older as you would expect from the price but the bed was comfortable, room was clean and the check-in staff was nice. There is 1 restaurant walking distance but it closes at 10pm.
