這家老闆態度就是胡攪蠻纏，態度惡劣，不配優享會的資格，建議取消優享會，一定謹慎訂房！
退房需要退按金的時候，老闆要找他們服務員查房才退，我説我們着急走，然後他就説那也要查完才能退，説以我們的素質，有的人用床單擦臟東西，有的人禍害房間什麼東西，我們奇了怪了我們沒破壞過他家一樣東西，我們素質怎麼了？
我家人在洗澡，保潔直接刷卡就進房間，我家人把她趕出去了，過一會又直接進房間了。房間有人難道不應該敲門，等人開門再進嗎？還進兩次？
住的這幾天找他們要水也是沒有的提供的，需要東西也不能送。
關於按金這事你説的話我都有錄音的，您了非要繼續跟我扯皮的話，我們可以民勤商務局溝通。

本來是單間的，後面升級到70塊錢一間，結果淋浴間內沒有暖氣，還沒有單獨的吹風機，後面去問了前台，前台説吹風機是公用的，浴室有一扇玻璃門，玻璃門的門把手又在走廊，晚上開燈洗澡，外面是能看到的，入住的那天，晚上九點不知道是誰手癢一直在走廊弄那個玻璃門的門把手。而且浴巾還有一股淡淡的煙味。

來民勤種樹找的房子，住着還不錯，價格便宜，而且離坐車的地點也不遠！樓下還有賣早飯的，可以買了早飯拿去車上吃！老闆也很熱情

是的。晚上7點44分在手機上操作去哪兒訂房，不到2分鐘，7點46分前退房，已經退不了了，顯示已入住。用了去哪兒這麼多年，第一次遇到霸王賓館，本人沒有刷身份證，沒去賓館，就顯示入住。打電話給賓館，老闆説退不了房，別人住了，也退不了錢，要我找平台去。找去哪兒平台，和客服打字説了四十分鐘，結果是到明天下午2點半，如果我沒有入住這家賓館，平台給我5元優惠券！哈哈😊，偉大到去哪兒平台，我在平台訂房，2分鐘後被顯示已入住，退不了房，去哪兒就是這樣子解決問題到的。我要求去哪兒退房款，客服打電話給我説超出她的權限了。好吧。既然去哪兒平台解決不了我訂房，被強行入住的事，那就這樣吧。卸載去哪兒是我力所能及的事。這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是
