Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

The reception staff was good, friendly and helpful. But the other bar and restaurant staff could not speak much English, the room cleaning was as clean as hell at first glance, but my money fell under the bed and when I wanted to pick it up, I was disgusted when I saw the condom garbage used by the previous guests. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Cleaning also leaves much to be desired, the feeling that it simply did not exist. Threw out only garbage from a bucket. Previous caring tenants left 2 pieces of Brunswick in the refrigerator, which made it impossible to use the refrigerator (it stank accordingly) - make your own conclusion on cleaning.
