I recently stayed at the Renaissance Minsk Hotel and was very pleased with my stay. The first thing that caught my eye was the high level of service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, every request I had was fulfilled quickly and with a smile. As for the condition of the hotel facilities, everything was top notch. The rooms are modern, clean and cozy, with nice little touches that make the stay comfortable. I especially liked the pool and spa area - a great place to relax after a busy day. The hotel restaurant was also a delight. The food was not only delicious, but also beautifully served. Breakfasts were simply top notch: a wide selection of dishes for every taste, from fresh fruit to hot dishes. Overall, my stay at the Renaissance Minsk Hotel left only positive emotions. This is a place where you want to come back again.

I stayed at this hotel because I wanted to relax in the SPA: I did not regret anything. Excellent service, delicious food in the restaurant and lobby, cleanliness and comfort. I would gladly come back here again.

The hotel facilities are good, but there are too many bugs and the service is very poor. I was bitten by mosquitoes all night and couldn't sleep. I wrapped my whole body and got 4 bites on my face. There were also several bugs flying and crawling everywhere. I communicated with the front desk many times and asked to change to a high-rise room, but they refused all the requests, saying that all rooms have bugs and they would not change them. They did not respond and would not solve the problem.
